This role involves conducting risk and delay analyses, creating and managing S-Curves, and preparing various management reports, including Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports. They perform earned value and variance analyses to track performance and forecast trends, update the Risk Register and Change Log, and prepare project closeout reports.
