Principal Product Manager - Agentic Investigation & Reliability Experiences Sumo Logic is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead how engineers and operators investigate incidents, understand reliability risk, and act on their operational and security telemetry. The observability category was built around collecting telemetry and giving people tools to navigate it: dashboards, queries, monitors, traces, and alerts. Customer expectations are now shifting. Teams don't just want more dashboards; they want help getting from a signal to a resolution, understanding what's broken, why, what's impacted, and what to do next. As AI agents move into production operations, this role owns how Sumo Logic brings intelligent, agent-assisted investigation and reliability workflows to customers, grounded in evidence, context, and enterprise governance. This is a senior, high-ownership role. It requires genuine observability domain background. You should have lived in this space and understand how monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability actually work, combined with the ambition to define a new category of experience on top of it. What You Will Own The current data experiences. Log Search, Live Tail, query and query optimization, Metrics Search, Tracing, Dashboards, and the data-experience UI. This is a live, revenue-generating product with real customers, and keeping it strong is part of the job. You own its health, roadmap, and competitiveness today while steering it toward an AI-native future, focusing new investment where it strengthens investigation, speed, and value for both new and power users. The reliability and alerting surface. Monitors, Alerts, SLOs, Scheduled Searches, and the reliability workflows around them. You will own alerting accuracy, noise reduction, and operational health signals both as capabilities customers depend on today and as the foundation for more automated, agent-assisted detection and investigation. The agentic investigation experience. You

Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. AI Software Engineer, Agent Harness Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (or throughout India remote-friendly with travel) About EnCharge AI EnCharge AI is building the next generation AI platform. Our novel in-memory-computing architecture delivers a 10x step-function improvement in compute energy efficiency and performance for AI inference workloads. As the demands of artificial intelligence move beyond today's models, we believe fundamental underlying infrastructure must evolve. We are an experienced team of AI researchers, silicon & systems engineers, and architects backed by leading investors, poised to become the essential platform for the next wave of AI innovation. The Opportunity We serve open-weight models and our own bespoke checkpoints on EnCharge hardware. The models change often, and the harness around them needs to keep up. You own this layer that runs agents against files, tools, documents with permissions, memory, unattended execution, and real outputs. It will be assembled from a combination of open-source and bespoke code. Key Responsibilities Own the harness architecture end to end — agent loop, safe execution, context management, knowledge base, memory, permissions, orchestration, outputs, interfaces, observability — one component per layer, with clear interfaces so layers can be swapped. Build the pieces with no open-source equivalent e.g. session semantics, enforced permissions, memory in a human-editable file, orchestrator, and outputs. Keep pace with the models: adapters, prompt formats, tool-call schemas, stop conditions, benchmarking and evaluation. Make tool use reliable across models of uneven tool-calling quality — validation, repair, retries, fallbacks. Develop agents, tools, and MCP servers for internal and customer use cases, and review them for security before they ship. Build the evaluation harness: task suites, regression runs on every model or harness change, cost and latency per task alongside quality. Define the interfaces:
At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us. AI native product is fundamentally different engineering problem than building deterministic software: the same input won't always produce the same output, and "working" means the agent behaves well across the full distribution of real world scenarios, not that it passes a fixed test suite. We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer with 2-5 years of experience building and shipping AI systems used by professionals at enterprise. You're comfortable working with modern LLM-based systems and agentic workflows, and you know how to turn powerful models into reliable product features. You have strong product judgment and think deeply about tradeoffs between LLM approaches and traditional ML when designing solutions. You care about evaluation, iteration speed, and making sure AI systems actually drive measurable business impact reliably . What you'll do Own the production improvement loop across agent behavior, customer and operator feedback, evaluation, experimentation, and verified business outcomes Instrument agent workflows so model interactions, tool use, decisions, failures, human edits, and downstream outcomes can be understood in context Define meaningful quality standards, representative evaluation datasets, regression coverage, and production monitoring. Investigate why agents underperform across context, knowledge, instructions, tools, routing, guardrails, or workflow design Design and ship targeted behavior improvements, including changes to prompting, cont
About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Sentry's issue platform processes billions of events every day to help millions of developers find and fix bugs. The hard part is deciding which events point to a problem, which belong together, and what a developer needs to know to investigate. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Issue Detection team, you'll design, build, and operate the systems that make those decisions. You'll work on real-time processing pipelines, monitors, and analysis systems that detect problems and turn them into issues. The work combines distributed systems with product engineering. Choices about detection accuracy and processing latency affect which problems developers see and how soon they can act. You'll help shape how developers monitor their applications and how Sentry groups related events into issues. You'll also build the context developers and AI agents need to investigate what went wrong. Keeping these systems reliable and fast as Sentry grows is part of the job, alongside making the issues they produce more useful. In this role you will Build and scale features on a product surface handling billions of events daily, where both query latency and correctness are immediately visible to users. Own the design and delivery of substantial projects end to end, scoping alongside product and design, making the technical calls within your scope, shipping, and instrumenting what you ship so the team can measure it. You will contribute to meaningful technical product decisions : grouping quality, search performance, migrations and backfills against enormous datasets, and making the surface work well for both humans and agents.
