About PostHog Product development used to mean manually writing code, running analysis, diagnosing bugs, and rolling out changes using dozens of tools. PostHog is the only platform that acts like a co-pilot for you (and your AI agents) to do it all – autonomously. We started with open-source product analytics, launched out of Y Combinator's W20 cohort . We've since shipped more than a dozen products , including: PostHog Code , the only AI devtool that understands your product, not just your codebase. A built-in data warehouse , so users can query product and customer data together using custom SQL insights. PostHog AI , an AI-powered analyst that answers product questions, helps users find useful session recordings, and writes custom SQL queries. We are: Product-led . More than 450,000 organizations have installed PostHog, mostly driven by word-of-mouth. We have intensely strong product-market fit. Default alive . Revenue is growing incredibly quickly, and we're very efficient. We raise money to push ambition and grow faster, not to keep the lights on. Well-funded. We've raised more than $180m from some of the world's top investors. We're set up for a long, ambitious journey. We're focused on building an awesome product for end users, hiring exceptional teammates, shipping fast, and being as weird as possible . Things we care about Transparency: Everyone can read about our roadmap, how we pay (or even let go of) people, our strategy, and how we work, in our public company handbook . Internally, we share revenue, notes and slides from board meetings, and fundraising plans, so everyone has the context they need to make good decisions. Autonomy: We don’t tell anyone what to do. Everyone chooses what to work on next based on what's going to have the biggest impact on our customers, and what they find interesting and motivating to work on. Engineers lead product teams and make product decisions . Teams are flexible and easy to change when needed. Shipping fast: Why not n

Ramp
📍 United Kingdom• Full-time• From $10K/yr

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is looking for a Senior Underwriter to join our Underwriting team in Europe. You’ll evaluate businesses applying to Ramp, make credit and risk decisions, and help improve how we assess customers across our products. This is an early regional role supporting EU and US applicants. We’re looking for someone with strong financial judgment who can work independently, make clear decisions with incomplete information, and help us build scalable underwriting processes. What You’ll Do Review applications for Ramp’s corporate card and bill pay products across the EU and US. Analyze financial statements, bank data, bureau information, and other risk signals to assess business health and repayment ability. Recommend the appropriate outcome, including approval, decline, a lower limit, or a request for additional information. Communicate clearly with customers when additional information or context is needed. Manage an underwriting queue while meeting quality and SLA expectations. Replit
📍 Foster City• Full-time
1mo ago

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. Replit is the fastest way to turn ideas into software. With Replit Agent, anyone can build and ship a real application in natural language, without setting up a single tool. We've grown explosively, from $2M to $400M+ revenue in under a year, with a global community of 60+ million users, and Replit Agent is now one of the fastest-growing products in history. That same wave is now hitting the enterprise. Companies like Visa, Ernst & Young and Comcast are rolling Replit out to thousands of employees so finance teams, operations leads, and product managers can build without waiting on an engineering backlog. When a company puts Replit in the hands of thousands of employees, they're trusting us with their data and their workflows. That trust has to be earned: SSO and SCIM that just work, governance their security team will sign off on, and real control over where their apps run and how their data is handled. Getting this right is what turns a pilot into a company-wide standard, and it's one of the biggest levers on Replit's next phase of growth. About the Role We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Replit's enterprise product end to end. We've built one of the best coding agents in the world. The work now is making it just as powerful inside a big company, where putting it in front of every non-technical employee unlocks enormous leverage. That means extending what Agent can do in an enterprise context and building the platform that lets large organizations adopt it safely and at scale. This is a role with unusual leverage. We're still early in our enterprise journey but the traction is remarkable, which means most of the platform is still to be built and you'll have an outsized hand in shaping it. You'll decide w

What you’ll do Be the generalist EE for the scanner system: integration, bring-up, debugging, and making the electrical side of the device reliable and serviceable. Own ultrasound experimentations that feeds the image reconstruction team Design and execute experiment setups for transducer characterization (element sensitivity, bandwidth, cross-talk mapping, beam profile measurements) and ex vivo / phantom clinical testing. Acquire, process, and analyze RF and baseband signals for data quality assessment and benchmarking. Design simple boards and adapters as needed (monitoring, power/safety, interface/conditioning), and take them from prototype through a stable revision. Prototype quickly, then harden what works: wiring/harnessing, grounding, safety interlocks, and reliable integration across subsystems. Own practical test setups and documentation (fixtures, scripts, procedures) that make experiments repeatable and results comparable over time. What we’re looking for Strong hands-on EE background with experience building, debugging, and iterating on real systems in the lab. Solid understanding of signal processing fundamentals — knows what to measure, how to condition and digitize it, and how to evaluate signal quality in the context of an imaging system (SNR, bandwidth, dynamic range, artifacts). Comfortable spanning system integration + occasional design work (schematics/layout reviews or light PCB design) in a fast-moving environment. Ability to work at the boundary between hardware and algorithms: measure reality, communicate constraints, and help close gaps vs simulation. High agency and practicality: able to set up experiments, get trustworthy data, and unblock others on a lean team. Useful experience Analog/mixed-signal, or high-speed data capture experience; strong instincts for instrumentation and noise/debugging. Ultrasound or acoustic sensor handling: hydrophone calibration and field mapping, transducer impedance characterization, element-level sensitivity

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. The Software Engineer II Opportunity We are looking for a software engineer to build the interfaces people use to work with autonomous AI workers. This is not a dashboard job. Our users chat with agents that run for hours, steer them mid-task, inspect what an agent remembers, approve or reject its actions, and watch it work in real time. You will own those surfaces: the chat experience, the memory and context views, the live run timeline, and the approval flows that keep a human in charge. You will define what agentic interfaces look like—because most of the patterns you will ship do not exist yet. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. About You Proven Product Builder: You have built and shipped products that users love and have seen the direct impact of your work at scale. End-to-End Ownership : You take pride in owning projects from initial concept to launch and are comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done. AI & Tech Innovator: You stay ahead of the curve, eager to explore and implement the latest technologies, particularly in AI and LLM front-end paradigms.
