Develop and enhance working capital and cash flow forecasting models. Ensure efficient allocation of funds while minimizing idle cash balances. 3. Banking Relationships & Treasury Operations Manage strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate banking facilities, pricing, and credit limits.
