Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. We're a small, high-leverage team scaling toward a domain-ownership model: small groups that both build and operate the systems they're accountable for. The role We're hiring a dedicated SRE to take real ownership of operational excellence across Cloud Infrastructure. Today, too much critical operational knowledge — vendor relationships, cost management, and incident response — lives with one or two people. Your mission is to take genuine ownership of those domains, make them resilient to any single person, and raise the bar on how reliably we run. This is not simply a ticket-queue or keep-the-lights-on role. You'll own domains end to end: understand them deeply, operate them well, and build the automation and tooling that make them boring . We deliberately pair operational and engineering work so the role grows rather than narrows. What you'll own Incident management & operational excellence — take custody of the incident process: on-call quality, resp

About the role Synthesia ships more product, faster, than we ever have. AI has collapsed the cost of building which means the hard part is no longer making things, it’s making sure people actually adopt them. That’s the job of Growth, and we’re changing how we do it: instead of bolting Growth on after launch to optimise, we’re embedding a Growth PM into every core bet from day one, so how a product acquires, activates and scales is designed in from the first cycle. We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to our VP of Growth. You'll own the Growth surface for one of those bets while helping build a growth-led way of working across the company. What you’ll be doing Own Growth for a core product area end to end, acquisition, activation, adoption and retention, baked into the roadmap from the start, not retrofitted. Partner closely with the core product PMs and engineers who own the surface, bringing high-impact growth ideas and working out where they fit, and getting the primitives exposed that let you build and scale on top. Design growth into the product itself: discovery-led acquisition loops, and experiences that get users to their job-to-be-done in a couple of clicks (sometimes without opening the edit

At Forto, we are at the forefront of change, harnessing the power of AI to revolutionise logistics. We want to reinvent digital supply chains to be transparent, frictionless and sustainable. From day one, our mission has been to simplify global trade – creating a seamless and efficient logistics process. Your role & Mission At Forto, we are made to move forward. We are transforming one of the world’s most complex industries by solving what others still treat as unsolvable. As Team Lead Product Manager for Financials, you will lead the product team responsible for the systems that turn commercial commitments, costs, revenue, and margin into reliable financial execution and business control. You will own the Financials product domain - one of Forto’s most critical areas - ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost control, margin protection, and trusted financial visibility. This is not a traditional finance tooling role. It sits at the intersection of logistics and finance, where complex operational challenges, partner costs, customer agreements, and fragmented processes must be transformed into scalable product solutions. You will also lead and coach two Product Managers working on closely connected domains, shaping the team's direction, raising the quality of product thinking, and helping them grow into stronger product leaders. This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, thinks at both system and detail level, influences across functions, and turns ambiguity into clear product direction. What you will do Lead the PM team responsible for Forto’s financial execution flow: Financials, procured services, committed capacity, cost structures, and margin control. Own the Financials product strategy across revenue, cost, invoicing, VAT, FX, reporting, financial controls, profit visibility, and customer-facing financial flows. T
Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own key planning workstreams across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales. Every enterprise deploying AI coding agents needs secure, governed infrastructure to run them. You’ll help model the demand behind that shift, partner with teams across the business, and build financial frameworks for a market still being defined. What you’ll do here Own recurring FP&A deliverables end to end, including departmental budget-to-actual reporting, monthly close packages, and rolling forecast updates. Build and maintain driver-based financial models for assigned business areas, including revenue, headcount, and infrastructure cost forecasts. Perform variance analysis that goes beyond what changed, framing the “so what” and surfacing insights that guide better decisions. Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning by coordinating inputs from department heads and consolidating company-wide views. Contribute to board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages. Automate and improve recurring workflows. Push for better tools, scripts, and processes, not just cleaner spreadsheets. What we’re looking for Accounting fluency. You understand how the GL works, how accruals flow through the financials, and how actuals are produced. You can bridge the close process and the planning process without someone translating for you. Financial modeling depth. You can build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets. Data fluency. You can pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems, including ERP, BI tools, and CRM exports. Clear communication. You can turn variance analysis into insight, not just a table. You frame findings in terms of business impact, next steps, and audience needs. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, i

About the Role & Team Every AI insight, every experiment, every cohort at Amplitude starts with a query. Our in-house OLAP engine, Nova , processes trillions of events in real time — turning raw behavioral data into fast, trustworthy answers that power decisions for thousands of product teams worldwide. We’re entering a world where AI agents don’t just assist product teams — they ship features, run experiments, and make prioritization calls autonomously. What makes that possible is agents’ ability to verify their work against real product data continuously. That makes Nova the critical infrastructure in the loop, and as non-stop agents become the main source of queries, the demand on Nova’s throughput, correctness, and operational rigor grows dramatically. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who wants to go deep on both the engine internals and the infrastructure underneath it. You’ll work across the full stack of a modern OLAP system — query planning and execution, columnar storage and encoding, distributed compute, caching, and cloud infrastructure — while driving meaningful improvements to performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability at scale. You’ll influence technical direction through your work, your design reviews, and your mentorship of other engineers on a team of ~10. This role is ideal for someone who finds real satisfaction in making a complex distributed system faster, cheaper, and more reliable — and who wants to do that work on a system that directly powers the product experience for thousands of customers. What You’ll Do Build and evolve core query engine infrastructure Work across Nova's query execution engine and distributed compute layer: query planning, columnar storage formats, encoding and compression, caching, and cluster-level resource management. Design and implement new capabilities as Nova expands to support more warehouse-imported data types, such as metrics, profiles, and dimensions. Design for high-throughput automated quer

About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it.
