The role As a SoFi Investment Specialist, you will work with existing SoFi members and new customers to help them build and improve their financial futures using SoFi’s suite of investment services. SoFi offers Brokerage services, Robo Advisor services, and retirement accounts. What you’ll do: Support members over the phone, chat, and email Educate and assist members on margin, options and equities. Problem solve any operational or technical issues pertaining to SoFi Invest products Perform ongoing monitoring of member accounts with attention to detail and accuracy Work with SoFi’s custodial platform as needed to assist members in opening, funding, and transacting in their accounts Work with management and product teams to continuously improve operational processes and technical platforms to better serve our members Assess the member’s financial situation and goals through one-on-one inbound calls Educate members on the benefits and value of Brokerage and Robo accounts Work with members who would like to open an investment account to help them understand the offering, benefits, and account opening process Educate members on terms and processes associated with Brokerage and Robo accounts Discuss and explain investment performance and decisions with current wealth members Provide member’s operational su

The Custody Services team is responsible for managing our crypto infrastructure, digital asset custody providers, and the various integrations we maintain with third-parties — from wallet management to crypto infrastructure management! The team is also responsible for processing crypto transactions, as well as products like staking, lending, and travel rule compliance. We currently safeguard billions in assets under custody for millions of customers. As a Senior Backend Engineer on this team, you'll work on the infrastructure behind crypto processing, wallet and key management workflows, and our integrations with third-party custodians. Most of what you'll build sits at the boundary between infrastructure and security. This role is based in our London, UK office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week . About the Team OpenAI’s Central Procurement – Hardware Operations team is building scalable, AI-enabled operating foundations for a rapidly growing hardware footprint. We help the business move quickly while maintaining the data quality and controls needed to manage financial and operational risk responsibly. As OpenAI scales across R&D, new-product introduction, manufacturing, and third-party custody models, we are building the foundations to absorb complexity without adding unnecessary friction. That means establishing practical standards, strengthening discipline where it matters, using AI thoughtfully, and continuously improving how teams manage hardware operations. About the Role We are hiring an Asset Compliance Program Lead to establish the cross-business framework that gives OpenAI reliable lifecycle visibility over hardware-related financial assets and capital equipment. You will define the controls, systems roadmap, and evidence practices needed to manage those assets within OpenAI’s financial-control scope. This is a senior individual-contributor role in Central Procurement – Hardware Operations within Finance. Distinct from sourcing and transaction execution, you will partner with hardware business units, Accounting, Financial Risk Management, Procurement, contract manufacturers, and other third-party custodians to deploy practical operating mechanisms. These mechanisms will connect how assets are purchased, built, received, moved, held, verified, and retired with the ownership, data, reporting, and evidence needed for financial governance.
