About the Team At OpenAI, Trust & Safety Operations is central to protecting OpenAI’s platform, customers, and the public from abuse. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy and Go To Market teams to identify emerging risks, build and mature enforcement systems, and ensure high-integrity operations while delivering a great user experience at scale. We’re building the Monetization Trust & Safety Operations team to ensure OpenAI can grow advertising in a way that is safe, trusted, and sustainable—for users, advertisers, and the business. This team sits at the intersection of operational scale, product risk, and rapid revenue growth, designing systems and operations that enable ads to scale without compromising user trust or safety. It’s critical to us that our Ads product be built in a way that corresponds to our Ads principles , and this team is key to that. About the Role We’re looking for a senior operator with strong analytical instincts to help build and scale Monetization Trust & Safety Operations at OpenAI. In this role, you’ll flex across the team’s highest-priority data and operational needs—from reporting and dashboard insights to budget and capacity planning, project-based analysis, and data automation —while partnering closely with Product, Policy, Engineering, Legal, Go To Market, and Data Science and Data Engineering teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data: you’ll define ambiguous problems, query and validate data, build decision-support systems, and translate operational signals into clear recommendations and scalable, AI-first solutions. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Observe by Snowflake is an AI-powered observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud and engineered for scale. We ingest and store logs, metrics, traces, and events on an open, scalable data lakehouse using open formats like Apache Iceberg — at dramatically lower cost. A dynamic Context Graph and chat-based AI SRE provide rich context and automated workflows so teams can move from detection to root cause and resolution 10x faster. Leading engineering teams at companies like Capital One, Topgolf, and Dialpad rely on Observe to troubleshoot hundreds of terabytes of telemetry daily while maintaining reliability at enterprise scale. As part of Snowflake, Observe combines startup-style ownership and velocity with the global reach, operational excellence, and ecosystem of one of the world's leading data platforms. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Observe by Snowflake on the Data Management team. This team is responsible for the tables, views, and materialized views at the core of Observe's architecture. Observe's data lake approach lets customers correlate heterogeneous telemetry — logs, metrics, traces, events — across a unified data model. This role owns that data model: how customers define, shape, and query the semi-structured data that makes cross-si

Who We Are Nuro believes self-driving vehicles are the most immediate and profound opportunity for AI to drive positive change in the physical world. Safer streets, more time for what matters, and easier access to the world around us, that’s why we’re building a universal autonomy platform: self-driving for all roads and all rides. Founded in 2016, Nuro is a physical AI company developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology for a wide range of vehicles, use cases, and markets. Powered by the Nuro Driver™, our universal autonomy platform enables the global mobility ecosystem to deploy autonomy at scale, from robotaxis and logistics fleets to personal vehicles. With years of real-world deployment experience and a flexible, partner-led business model, Nuro is working toward a future where millions of autonomous vehicles powered by our technology help make everyday life safer, easier, and more connected. Nuro has raised over $2B in capital from Uber, NVIDIA, Google, Softbank, Fidelity, T. Rowe Price, and other leading investors. About the Role We’re a team of high-output generalists where ML and systems engineering converge. This is not a "run the models" role. We reason from first principles about why a perception model learns what it learns, close the gaps that cap its performance, and raise the bar on the data and evaluation loop that drives autonomy. Your work will directly impact how autonomous systems understand rare scenarios, adapt to global geographies, and scale safely. About the work You’ll solve autonomy’s hardest data challenges through applied ML and systems rigor: Diagnose why perception models underperform on the long tail, and turn that into targeted data and training priorities. Design eval metrics and regression detection that tell us whether a model is ready. Curate and clean training data for segmentation and occupancy; hunt the data problems that silently cap performance. Run controlled ML experiments and ablations; cleanly sepa
