About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We’re looking for a Commercial FinOps Lead to own the commercial and vendor-management function for Supabase. You’ll run our cloud and SaaS vendor relationships end-to-end (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, CloudQuery, ClickHouse, and more), leading negotiations and renewals, enforcing procurement governance, and applying our VIA operating model (Visibility, Insights, Actions) to keep vendor spend disciplined and well-governed. You’ll work closely with Finance, Engineering, Legal, and our vendor partners. This is a founding role for the commercials function. The operating model, the source of truth for vendor spend, and the standards are yours to define, against a clear position: this is a FinOps role first, not a procurement desk. You'll own the technical and analytical side of vendor management, reporting, efficiency, and the commercial interface across the company, while keeping procurement governance tight. It's ideal for someone fluent across finance and engineering, who thrives in async, fast-moving environments, and wants to build a function from the ground up rather than inherit one. What You’ll Be Responsible For In this role, you’ll: Own vendor relationships : Run our primary cloud and SaaS vendor relationships end-to-end (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, CloudQuery, ClickHouse, and more), leading renewals and negotiations alongside Finance and Legal. Run procurement governance : Enforce our competitive-bid process for incoming requests and manage larger procurement through our managed-procurement partner, keeping oversight and accountability with FinOps. Drive commercial VIA : Own spend visibility and unit economics, surface licensing and usage inefficiency before it becomes a surprise, and

The team + the role Pendo's Applied AI team turns AI infrastructure into real business outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering. AI here isn't a feature we bolt on — it's how we scale GTM capability across the company. We build AI that makes GTM teams measurably faster and more effective, and we measure success by whether those teams are actually using what we ship and getting real value from it. As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll own the full lifecycle of AI-powered solutions — from problem definition and prompt design through to production deployment and ongoing iteration. You'll work directly with GTM stakeholders to identify high-value problems, set realistic expectations about what AI can and can't do, and ship solutions that stick. The best person for this role has a strong engineering instinct, deep curiosity about how businesses operate, and the judgment to know when AI is the right tool — and when it isn't. This role is based in Raleigh, NC and follows Pendo's hybrid model: in-office 3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day Own AI solutions end-to-end: problem definition, prompt design, production deployment, monitoring, and iteration — you ship, you watch, you improve. Build and manage GTM workflow automations that reduce manual work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering systems, including Slackbots and other integrations. Partner directly with GTM stakeholders to surface high-value problems, validate solutions, drive adoption, and set honest expectations about AI capabilities and limitations. Develop and maintain prompt management practices that make AI outputs reliable, auditable, and improvable over time — treat prompts as production code, not experiments. Work with the Data Platform and Systems teams to identify foundational tooling gaps and contribute clear, actionable requirements based on what you encounter in production. Share reusable AI workflow patterns and tool findings with the broader team — your impact sh
The team + the role Pendo's Data & GTM Intelligence org exists to make the revenue organization faster, smarter, and more effective. We sit at the intersection of data, AI, and GTM execution. We hold ourselves accountable to whether the teams we support are getting measurable, lasting value from our work. This role owns the operational foundation for Pendo's Marketing organization: process design, planning cycles, and strategic partnership with Marketing leadership. You stay close to the business - deeply embedded in the Marketing org, with a point of view on where process, data, or AI could unlock better outcomes. You also serve as the Marketing pod lead, the coordination point for Applied AI, Business Systems, and Data work that touches your function. You operate with significant autonomy. You identify what is broken, design the solution, and bring stakeholders along. The best person for this role has strong customer engineering domain knowledge, sharp analytical instincts, and genuine enthusiasm for rebuilding operations around AI. What this looks like day-to-day Own core Marketing operational work: campaign operations governance, pipeline modeling, and process architecture. Own the MOps process layer: lead processing logic, lead source and source detail hierarchy, audience and nurture processors, demand processing workflows, and campaign naming and governance standards. Design and improve the full campaign-to-pipeline workflow, from lead creation and routing through SLA governance and MQL processing. Partner with Analytics to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for Marketing leadership. Stay deeply embedded in the Marketing org. Decompose how work actually gets done: map the full activity chain behind a campaign, a content workflow, and identify where process gaps, not tool gaps, are costing pipeline. Define what good looks like for data quality and lead flow, surface issues, and work with Business Systems to fix them upst
