We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE As a Software Engineer on the Internal Tooling team, you will own the internal operating system that sits at the heart of how Baseten operates. Capacity helps unlock revenue by carefully balancing supply and demand. The operating system manages all aspects of the customer lifecycle: from onboarding to managing complex customer SLA requirements. This role is for engineers who want to own a product end to end, not just implement tickets. You will work directly with the Capacity, Sales, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and ship software that removes friction from some of the most high-stakes workflows in the company. If something is slow, manual, or error-prone in the capacity fulfillment lifecycle, you will be the one to fix it. You are a strong fit if you have strong product intuition, move fast without sacrificing quality, and take satisfaction in building tools that make the people around you measurably more effective. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the Capacity product end to end: scoping, design, implementation, and iteration based on feedback from internal stakeholders Translate complex operational requirements from Capacity, Sales, and SRE teams into clean, ergonomic product experiences Build and maintain full-stack features across the Capacity toolchain, including UI surfaces, APIs, and backend services Identify workflow bottlenecks and manual processes across the capacity lifecy
Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own key planning workstreams across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales. Every enterprise deploying AI coding agents needs secure, governed infrastructure to run them. You’ll help model the demand behind that shift, partner with teams across the business, and build financial frameworks for a market still being defined. What you’ll do here Own recurring FP&A deliverables end to end, including departmental budget-to-actual reporting, monthly close packages, and rolling forecast updates. Build and maintain driver-based financial models for assigned business areas, including revenue, headcount, and infrastructure cost forecasts. Perform variance analysis that goes beyond what changed, framing the “so what” and surfacing insights that guide better decisions. Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning by coordinating inputs from department heads and consolidating company-wide views. Contribute to board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages. Automate and improve recurring workflows. Push for better tools, scripts, and processes, not just cleaner spreadsheets. What we’re looking for Accounting fluency. You understand how the GL works, how accruals flow through the financials, and how actuals are produced. You can bridge the close process and the planning process without someone translating for you. Financial modeling depth. You can build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets. Data fluency. You can pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems, including ERP, BI tools, and CRM exports. Clear communication. You can turn variance analysis into insight, not just a table. You frame findings in terms of business impact, next steps, and audience needs. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, i
As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll shape Coder’s day-to-day social presence and turn complex AI infrastructure into content people want to watch. You’ll create for technical and business audiences without losing the broader story, using video, strong writing, and a clear point of view. You’ll work closely with Coder’s content marketing, community, field marketing, product marketing, demand gen, and devrel teams (and more) to support campaigns, engage our community, and strengthen Coder’s voice across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. From first idea to final post, you’ll create, publish, engage, measure, and improve. What you’ll do here Own social media engagement. Monitor Coder’s channels daily and respond to comments, mentions, and conversations in a voice that is technical, warm, and on-brand to increase engagement and get more of Coder’s content in front of the right audiences. Create vertical video content end to end. Produce short-form and long-form video for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and optimization. Execute campaigns. Partner with the cross-functional teams to bring product launches, thought leadership series, customer stories, and event campaigns to life across social media platforms. Repurpose and remix. Turn webinars, blog posts, product demos, and other existing content into social-native formats built for each channel. Track and report. Monitor performance, identify patterns, share insights with the team, and use what you learn to shape the next round of content. Stay current. Keep up with platform trends, algorithm changes, emerging formats, and what is working across developer tools and B2B technology. Manage the content calendar. Keep production organized, maintain a steady publishing rhythm, and surface new ideas before they are requested. What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience creating content for a brand, agency, or independent audience, with a portfolio that shows ra
About the Role & Team Every AI insight, every experiment, every cohort at Amplitude starts with a query. Our in-house OLAP engine, Nova , processes trillions of events in real time — turning raw behavioral data into fast, trustworthy answers that power decisions for thousands of product teams worldwide. We’re entering a world where AI agents don’t just assist product teams — they ship features, run experiments, and make prioritization calls autonomously. What makes that possible is agents’ ability to verify their work against real product data continuously. That makes Nova the critical infrastructure in the loop, and as non-stop agents become the main source of queries, the demand on Nova’s throughput, correctness, and operational rigor grows dramatically. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who wants to go deep on both the engine internals and the infrastructure underneath it. You’ll work across the full stack of a modern OLAP system — query planning and execution, columnar storage and encoding, distributed compute, caching, and cloud infrastructure — while driving meaningful improvements to performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability at scale. You’ll influence technical direction through your work, your design reviews, and your mentorship of other engineers on a team of ~10. This role is ideal for someone who finds real satisfaction in making a complex distributed system faster, cheaper, and more reliable — and who wants to do that work on a system that directly powers the product experience for thousands of customers. What You’ll Do Build and evolve core query engine infrastructure Work across Nova's query execution engine and distributed compute layer: query planning, columnar storage formats, encoding and compression, caching, and cluster-level resource management. Design and implement new capabilities as Nova expands to support more warehouse-imported data types, such as metrics, profiles, and dimensions. Design for high-throughput automated quer
