Role Overview: As the KAM, you will manage and grow Paytm’s relationships with State Road Transport Corporations (RTCs) and private bus operators in your assigned region. You will drive strategic partnerships, ensure competitive supply availability, and take end-to-end ownership of regional revenue, pricing health, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Partnership & Supply Management Build, maintain, and expand strong working relationships with RTCs and top private operators in the region. Onboard new operators and ensure digital adoption of Paytm Travel tools and dashboards. Negotiate commission structures, payout terms, and commercial agreements aligned with platform objectives. Revenue & Performance Management Own and drive revenue targets, load factors, and seat fill rates for your region. Collaborate with central pricing and analytics teams to implement dynamic pricing strategies. Track revenue leakage, cancellations, and penal charges; work with operators to resolve issues. Market & Competition Analysis Regularly benchmark fares, seat inventory, and operator quality against regional competitors. Provide actionable insights on price trends, route-level demand patterns, and consumer behavior. Recommend product/UX changes based on feedback from operators and market observations. Operational Excellence Monitor SLA adherence on seat confirmations, refunds, and cancellation handling. Collaborate with customer support and tech teams to address escalations and resolve partner issues. Run regular health checks and audits on partner performance and NPS metrics. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to potential vendors . Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers in the system. Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiating with suppliers Identify reliable suppliers, build strong vendor relationships, and monitor their performance. Review and verify purchase requisitions received from various departments. Convert approved PRs into POs and follow up with vendors for order confirmation & delivery. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money. Ensure adherence to compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Maintain structured records, information and tracking of all procurement Agreements. Maintain relevant MIS & trackers Skills & Qualifications: Proven relevant experience in procurement or sourcing. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

This role sits at the intersection of ad operations, performance optimization, and client delivery, ensuring campaigns run flawlessly, meet KPIs, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Campaign Setup & Execution ● Set up and launch managed service ad campaigns across Paytm ad inventory (primarily scratch cards). ● Configure targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, and flighting based on client briefs. ● Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and attribution setup. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization ● Monitor live campaigns for delivery, pacing, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPA. ● Perform ongoing optimizations on bids, targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize performance. ● Identify and resolve delivery issues (under-delivery, drop in CTR, tracking gaps). ● Translate learnings into repeatable playbooks and SOPs.
