At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. The Core Rider team is responsible for the Lyft consumer app you know and love. This team spans the entire consumer journey across the request and purchase flows, search, pickups and dropoffs, the post-match experience, and the in-trip experience. We're looking for a Product Design Manager to lead design for this journey, and to manage a team of designers who own both the long-term vision for that experience and the day-to-day craft and quality that keeps it coherent as the app scales. This is the core of the Lyft rider experience, used by millions of people every day, and the foundation that every other part of the Rider org builds on top of. Your team's work needs to hold up everywhere, from the simplest suburban home to JFK Airport, and across every mode of transportation, rideshare, autonomous vehicles, and beyond. You'll partner closely with a Staff Product Manager and cross-functional engineering leads to set direction for the experience, and you'll manage the execution layer that makes that direction real: migrations, AI-native tooling adoption, and the design standards that keep the journey consistent as it extends to serve AVs and targeted rider segments. About the Team At DoorDash, design means making experiences for the people who order, the people who prepare, and the people who deliver. As a Design Manager at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product Management, dig into the data, and use LLM-powered tools alongside traditional design tools. If the LLM powered tools don’t exist yet, you build them. About the Role Trust is the foundation of every interaction on DoorDash. We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for designing for integrity at scale. In this role, you will join the Integrity organization. You’ll lead a team of designers working across fraud prevention, trust, safety, and compliance — protecting millions of consumers, Dashers, and merchants while keeping the platform seamless and trustworthy. You will report into the Head of Design for our Customer Experience & Integrity organization. This role is hybrid- 1–2 days per week in one of our Design Hubs. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Set the technical direction for Design across your product area — decide what gets built, in what order, and why; connect multiple teams around shared platforms so the work compounds instead of duplicating Work on ambiguous problems and turn them into architecture decisions and working systems that teams actually use; earn trust with leadership not through decks, but through prototypes and shipped code that make your point for you Stay close to the code and the craft across multiple projects at once — you're not just reviewing, you're building; the work you ship will move real metrics across the product area

You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. About the Role At DoorDash, we’re redefining what it means to be a designer. We’re building a team of makers, builders, and doers. Over the past decade, “web designer” evolved into “product designer” as the scope expanded. Now, that shift is happening again — LLMs are broadening the role further, pushing design toward both strategic thinking and direct execution. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll help lead this evolution: not only practicing build-first design, but scaling it across people, processes, and systems. In this role, you’ll join the Ads & Promos Design team — one of DoorDash’s fastest-growing businesses — owning end-to-end campaign experience design and shaping the strategic vision for our marketing tooling system. This platform powers both SMB and enterprise restaurants across DoorDash’s global markets and connects local businesses with over 40 million consumers globally. Your impact will span both team effectiveness and business growth. You’ll increase team velocity and autonomy by building reusable workflows, shared tools, and decision frameworks that enable designers to operate at a higher level with less coordination overhead. This role can be based in New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle and reports to the Design Manager for Ads & Promotions (Restaurant Experie

About the Team Design Program Managers make DoorDash's Design Studio run better. As owner of the Logistics pillar within Design Operations, you're accountable for one of our most important operating outcomes: maximizing the bandwidth of the team. About the Role You'll find where ICs and managers lose time, fragmented workflows, manual processes, meeting overload, unclear rhythms, and you'll define and build the tools and systems that fix it. That might mean shipping a new internal tool, automating a recurring workflow, redesigning how scheduling or reviews work, or establishing a better operating cadence. You own the full loop: diagnose the problem, design the system, build the tool, measure whether it worked. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own the Logistics outcome, maximize the bandwidth of the team. ICs and managers have more usable time. Meeting load decreases. The team can focus on high-value work. Identify the biggest sources of operational drag across the Studio and turn them into a prioritized roadmap of tools and process fixes. Define and build the tools, automations, and workflows that reduce manual coordination, including for scheduling, budgets, vendor management, and event logistics. Redesign how the Studio operates: reviews, planning cadences, rhythms for both ICs and managers, information flows, whatever determines how fast teams can move. Measure whether your systems work, usable time for ICs and managers, meeting load, adoption, hours of manual work eliminated, and iterate. Turn recurring requests into scalable solutions. The second time a problem shows up, build the thing that stops a third. Own scheduling, budget, vendor, and logistics programs as a builder, not a permanent executor, your job is to make them need less manual effort every quarter. Partner with (and, as scope grows, help develop) other DPMs on the Logistics pod. We're excited about you because you have… 5+ years in operations, program management, or bu
