We ensure that insights from policymakers inform our work and - in collaboration with our colleagues and external stakeholders - support the development of regulation, industry standards, and safe and beneficial development of AI tools. About the Role As the EU Policy & Partnerships Manager, you will develop strategies, shape OpenAI’s approach to priority EU policy issues, and drive campaigns as part of our European team. You will also develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Brussels policy ecosystem, including policymakers, regulators, civil society groups, industry associations, researchers and experts, seeking to advance policies and partnerships that align with OpenAI’s mission. OpenAI releases industry-leading research and tools. You will face new challenges as the impact of cutting-edge generative AI technologies continues to be explored and as the needs of the organization evolve. Day-to-day work may encompass anything from helping to shape strategic initiatives and developing policy positions to preparing our leaders for engagements with EU officials or representing OpenAI in private and public forums. We are looking for a self-directed and creative individual with deep EU policy expertise, experience managing relationships across the Brussels policy ecosystem, sound judgment, and a sophisticated understanding of AI and AI-related legislative and regulatory issues and processes. Work Schedule: Thursday through Monday Status: Temp to potential full-time Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Maintain focus on the TaylorMade athlete and golf at the center of everything. Leverage passion and position to strategically authenticate TaylorMade stories in the marketplace, bringing the brand and product innovation stories to life across the retail landscape as the local product expert Develop and maintain strong partnerships with approximately 40 off-course retail locations, fostering brand loyalty and ensuring consistent engagement across diverse retail environments. Maintain a high level of product and fitting knowledge to educate retailer associates and fitters to assist customers Deliver engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail associates and fitters on TaylorMade’s mission, brand and product innovation Work closely with each retail location to uphold TaylorMade’s visual merchandising standards and deliver an exceptional in-store experience—ensuring the brand is showcased at its best and aligned with customer expectations Engage, communicate and work closely with fellow Brand Ambassadors around the country to effectively understand best practices and foster a passionate community culture Leverage marketplace expertise to develop locally relevant annual and seasonal strategies aligned with greater TaylorMade initiatives Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership by providing weekly insights reports that reflect consumer behaviors, product feedback, competitive activity, and market trends Work a Thursday–Monday schedule (40 hours) tailored to retail demands, with Mondays dedicated to office-based tasks—preparing reports and delivering actionable insights from weekly calls. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support Facilities Operations • Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department • Monitor the operation and proper use of all equipment and systems throughout the venue • Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment • Collaborate with the Operations team on building and grounds maintenance priorities Lead and Develop the Team • Coach, develop, and drive engagement with Facilities Team members and Porters • Ensure all team members are adequately trained, properly equipped, and held to a high standard • Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure timely , quality completion • Support hiring, scheduling, and onboarding of Facilities team members </div

We are now looking for a dynamic business leader to grow NVIDIA's Host Networking business for AI infrastructure with AI Labs and Hyperscalers! This leader will drive strategic direction, customer engagement, and multi-year growth for networking products such as NVIDIA DPUs, SuperNICs, and their associated software and ecosystem. Success in this role will be measured by the level of adoption and integration of our Host Networking products with our end customers' workflows and workloads. Success is contingent upon building trust with executives, architects, product leaders, and platform teams across NVIDIA and our largest customers. This leader will lead the go-to-market motion, connecting customer AI factory needs to NVIDIA's networking portfolio and aligning product, sales, engineering, architecture, marketing, and partner teams to secure design wins and scale deployments. What you'll be doing: Identify, develop and close strategic design wins for DPU and SuperNIC with top AI labs and Cloud Service Providers! Build and implement the segment sales growth strategy for host networking across hyperscaler and frontier model AI labs building large scale AI infrastructure. Define customer-specific DPU and SuperNIC value propositions and deployment motions, and lead a matrixed team across product, architects, engineering, sales and marketing teams. Promote NVIDIA host networking products externally and internally, positioning their value for AI workloads and other infrastructure products from NVIDIA, in a collection of use-cases in Networking, Security and Storage. Build a robust opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams, including account mapping, customer requirements, proof points, executive engagement, and partner alignment.
