The Company Delight.ai is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. For over a decade, we built the infrastructure behind conversations—chat, voice, video, messaging APIs—and became the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications. 4,000+ brands trust us. 7 billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users. In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we’d launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to Delight.ai. Why Digital Marketing Manager, APAC? APAC represents 33% of our qualified pipeline target for FY27. We’re building out demand generation across Korea and the broader region, and we need someone who can own it end-to-end: paid media, email, webinars, and the localization quality that makes everything land correctly in-market. We’re looking for a marketer who knows the Korean B2B landscape, moves with urgency, and uses AI tools to punch above their weight—not because it’s trendy, but because it’s how you keep pace with what this role demands. The Role You’ll own digital demand generation for Korea, working closely with the APAC Field Marketing Lead to execute paid media campaigns, email programs, and webinars—while also serving as the quality gate on localized marketing assets. This role is for marketers who think in pipelines, not just programs, and want their impact measured in revenue, not impressions. You might be this person if: You think in funnels — awareness, consideration, conversion — and you naturally ask “what does this do for pipeline?” before anyone else does You’ve run a paid media campaign that didn’t just hit delivery targets but actually moved qualified leads through the funnel You use AI tools in your daily workflow—for content drafting, campaign analysis, reporting—and you’ve figured out how to get more done without sacrificing quality

Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. The Agent Infra team builds the infrastructure that runs autonomous AI agents at Roblox for millions of creators building experiences on our platform, and for thousands of Roblox engineers shipping production code every day. Agent workloads break the assumptions most infrastructure is built on. They run for hours instead of milliseconds, they're non-deterministic, they execute code nobody wrote, and they need real credentials against real systems to be useful at all. Making that safe, durable, and cost effective at Roblox’s scale is the hard problem our team is solving. As an early member of the Agent Infra team you’ll work alongside an experienced engineering team on systems that are already in front of real users, at scale, in a field that didn’t exist two years ago. You Are Early in your career : 1-3 years of professional experience or a recent grad; with strong CS fundamentals and an interest in learning infrastructure, distributed, and agentic systems. Someone who builds things: You have projects, internships, or open-source work you'd genuinely enjoy walking us through. Into AI agents. You've built something with them, even something small, and you can tell us what broke. Comfortable

Who we are About Bridge We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster and cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store, and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world's leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb), and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement. About the Role As one of the first blockchain engineers at Bridge, you'll have the autonomy to work on projects that are truly global in scale and aim to give customers access to products they've never had access to. Many of the use cases that we work on today didn't exist several months ago, and that's because our team is dedicated to constant improvement for our partners and end users. Our engineers have outsized ownership over projects, so if you're looking for increased autonomy working on a completely greenfield opportunity, Bridge is the place for you. Responsibilities • Build out multi-chain hot wallet infrastructure to support increased reliability of our payments. • Build smart contracts to increase hot wallet payment throughput. • Build smart contract platform to issue custom stablecoins across multiple blockchains (EVM, Solana, Stellar, etc.). • Build smart contract monitoring systems to detect anomalous even

About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. The residency You own one hard problem end to end. You write the proposal, build the system, design the evaluation, ship behind a gate, and finish with a write-up of what turned out to be true, including the parts that didn't work. You'll sit in the production codebase with a senior mentor and real production data. Recent residents have shipped self-improving harnesses, inference-cost work, agent memory, and eval infrastructure. Your project gets scoped with you, not handed to you. The problem space The loop we care about: production traces become data, data becomes training and evaluation, and better agents produce better traces. Projects live somewhere on that loop. Harness and inference-time work. Context engineering, tool and skill design, orchestration, and deciding where extra inference compute actually pays. Self-improvement loops run behind hard fences. Post-training for agents. SFT on curated trajectories, preference optimization, RL on real agent tasks. Reward design where outcomes are verifiable, process vs. outcome supervision, distilling frontier behavior into cheaper models. Environments and rewards. NVIDIA silicon runs the world's AI infrastructure. The frequency it delivers across every voltage, process corner, and workload is not assumed. It is measured, correlated, and validated. This role does that work. The Silicon Co-Design Group is where architecture intent becomes silicon reality. We own the boundary between what was designed and what was built, and we are the team that knows the difference. When a program ships at frequency and at quality, this team is a reason why. You will be the person who follows through between simulation and silicon. When the model is wrong, a frequency corner that doesn't hold, a Vmin that walks, a critical path that timing analysis missed, you find out why, and your data is what the rest of the program acts on. Architecture, design, and product teams do not guess. They use your numbers. The engineers who do this well are rare. They think like circuit designers, work like experimentalists, and reason like data scientists. If that is you, read on. What you'll be doing: Own silicon speed characterization from first power-on through production sign-off, covering frequency, Vmin, Vmax, and timing margins across the full PVT space. Close the correlation gap. Tie pre-silicon timing analysis and critical path predictions to measured silicon, quantify where the model diverges from reality, and produce analysis that architecture and design can act on with confidence. Trace failures to their source, whether a microarchitectural bottleneck, a critical path that doesn't close under voltage, a clocking issue, or a process corner the model didn't anticipate, and drive the resolution. Own and build AI agents that work at your direction: automated test orchestration, intelligent data pipelines, and analysis flows that expand coverage and compress cycle time without sacrificing difficulty.
