As a strategic contributor, you will help define success for the Global Demand Events Marketing team and contribute to the operating model, programs, and execution frameworks required to deliver predictable pipeline impact. You will report to the Director of Demand Events, based in North America, and will balance global consistency with account-specific nuance while serving as a contributing voice for strategic motions in global planning and prioritization. This is a hands-on, working manager role — you will be personally executing technical work (scripting, automation builds, escalated ticket resolution) and leading a team, not just overseeing one.
