As a Staff Engineer on Datadog's Compute β Disruption and Workload Placement team, you'll help define how our Kubernetes fleet scales to meet the demands of rapidly growing AI and cloud-native workloads. You'll work on the systems that ensure engineering teams have the right compute capacity, in the right region, at the right time across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. This is a highly technical, high-impact role where you'll shape the future of capacity orchestration, influence platform architecture, and solve infrastructure challenges that directly support Datadog's continued growth. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Lead the technical direction of capacity management and workload placement for Datadog's Kubernetes platform spanning 100,000+ virtual machines across multiple cloud providers. Design and build systems that optimize how engineering workloads are scheduled and deployed across regions while balancing capacity constraints, reliability, and performance. Partner across infrastructure teams to evolve multi-region and multi-cloud capacity orchestration as Datadog continues to scale. Develop production software in Go to improve Kubernetes platform capabilities, automation, and operational efficiency. Use data and capacity signals to influence infrastructure decisions, forecast growth, and improve workload placement strategies. Who You Are: You have significant experience designing and operating large-scale Kubernetes-based infrastructure or platform systems. You are an experienced software engineer with strong programming skills, ideally in Go or a comparable systems programming language. You have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and understand distributed cloud infrastructure. Yo

About the Team The Monetization team is a new cross-functional group working across engineering, product, research, and design to build the foundational systems that will help OpenAI scale access to intelligence responsibly. Our mission is to develop user-first, privacy-preserving monetization productsβincluding next-generation ads experiencesβthat strengthen user trust, unlock economic opportunity, and support OpenAIβs long-term innovation. Monetization plays a critical role in enabling OpenAI to continue pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities while ensuring the benefits of AGI are broadly shared. We believe monetization must be aligned with user value, uphold rigorous privacy and safety standards, and sustain a healthy ecosystem of developers and businesses. This team operates in a greenfield environment and moves quickly through prototyping, experimentation, and iterative deployment. We partner closely with Product, Design, and Research to bring research breakthroughs into real-world systems at global scale. About the Role Weβre looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help build the machine learning infrastructure that powers OpenAIβs monetization and ads systems. In this foundational role, youβll design and develop the platform layer that enables teams to build, train, deploy, serve, monitor, and continuously improve machine learning models used across advertising and monetization products. Youβll work across the full ML lifecycle, from large-scale data pipelines and feature infrastructure to training systems, model serving, experimentation platforms, and monitoring frameworks. The systems you build will support high-throughput, low-latency advertising workloads while maintaining strict standards for reliability, privacy, security, and performance. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning systems, distributed infrastructure, and monetization, offering the opportunity to shape the core platforms that help translate model innovation into m

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the worldβs largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the Organization Secure Frameworks: We provide security guarantees for common threats, helping teams secure their services by default. We build and maintain core application-layer security libraries and frameworks for development teams, including web security frameworks, cryptography libraries, and other threat mitigations across the Stripe technology stack. More recently, our scope has expanded to protective measures for AI agents. We are a hands-on engineering team that builds security protections and frameworks, rather than conducting security reviews. Core Infrastructure : Weβre the home for Stripe's critical tier0 infrastructure systems (Compute, Networking, DocumentDB, Distributed Caching and High assurance engineering). We build the foundational platform for Stripe products and services to allow them to operate at scale. We drive reliability, availability, efficiency and scalability of these systems. Developer Infrastructure : Weβre responsible for the productivity of all developers at Stripe. Ensure Stripeβs engineers have a reliable, fast, and easy-to-use inner dev loop to maximize productivity while building everything from low-latency microservices to large-scale data pipelines and machine learning models. At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. π Summary: You'll own ClickUp's social strategy and build the systems to execute it at scale. You deeply understand what wins on each platform: the formats, the hooks, the timing, the tone. But you're not just a strategist who hands off a plan. You build AI-powered workflows and automation to operationalize your strategy so it runs continuously, learns from data, and scales beyond what any team could do manually. You're a social-native operator who builds systems, not an engineer who dabbles in social. Responsibilities: Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels: define what ClickUp's voice, format, and engagement approach looks like on each, tailored to what works on that platform Develop and execute content and engagement strategies that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and audience quality Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments worth engaging with, and move fast enough to capitalize on them Build AI-powered systems and automated workflows to execute social strategy at scale: monitoring, engagement, response, and content distribution Create feedback loops between social performance data and strategy; use signal to iterate what gets made and how it gets distributed Own proactive engagement: identify and engage relevant conversations, mentions, and opportunities using AI-powered monitoring and automated response workflows Develop automated systems that handle routine engagement while escalating high-value or brand-sensitive conversations to humans Own execution end-to-end: strategy through measurement, with clear accountability for out
The Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining a self-service internal development platform that enables MongoDB engineering teams to reliably deploy and operate their own production services and products. We work with numerous engineering teams across the company to understand their infrastructure requirements and development workflows, develop broadly applicable self-service platform services and tooling, continuously monitor how platform services are being utilized, and look for ways to improve developer productivity through automation and education. We are big open source enthusiasts and use a number of open source tools in our stack (contributing upstream whenever possible). Some of the tools we use regularly include Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Crossplane, Terraform, Helm, Drone, Prometheus, and Grafana. However, technology is nothing without a stellar team of engineers that are focused on doing high quality work and working as a team to solve complex distributed computing and platform engineering problems. This is where you come in! We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Our ideal candidate 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of 3+ engineers Has 5+ years of experience owning the design and implementation of large software/infrastructure projects Has built and operated large-scale distributed systems in cloud providers (AWS strongly preferred) Has a strong backend programming background. Fluency in Go is strongly preferred; deep experience with another compiled or strongly-typed backend language is acceptable Pragmatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and understands the benefits of collaboration Strong experience operating production Kubernetes clusters, not just deployed to it Has practical experience defining and operating against SLI/SLOs for services they owned Strong experience with observability tooling: metrics, logging, traces, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTe
