You will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. Your role: Perform and complete preventative maintenance (PM), Field Change Orders (FCOs), installations, and all related tasks independently, diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical issues. Utilize service manuals, tools, training (on-the-job, manufacturer, 3rd party), support, resources, and escalation processes within required timeframes to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively.
