You are equally comfortable writing production code, debugging an integration the night before a go-live, walking a customer's VP of Operations through an architecture decision and translating a messy business problem into a feasible agentic workflow. You thrive in ambiguity, make abstract problems concrete, and reduce chaos rather than amplify it when things go wrong. You'll work closely with Value Engineering, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and the customer's IT and business teams to prove that agentic AI can be implemented responsibly — not heroically. What You'll Work On End-to-End AI Delivery Ownership Own technical delivery from design alignment through production rollout and Stabilization Configure, extend, and integrate Ema's agentic AI platform to meet customer requirements Ensure solutions align with Ema's agentic arch

The Role Many enterprise deals Ema closes starts with a BDR earning five minutes with the right person. Our Business Development Representatives run a signal-led, account-based hunting motion against a defined enterprise ICP to book qualified meetings (SQLs) that convert into demos and paid POCs. The motion works: the team has a real playbook, real signal scoring in our tools, and real enterprise logos in the pipeline. What it needs now is a dedicated leader to run it with daily rigor. As Enterprise BDR Leader, you own the BDR function end to end. You will manage a distributed team of Business Development Representatives across the US and India, instill the metrics discipline and coaching cadence that turns activity into qualified pipeline, and rebuild onboarding and enablement so new reps ramp fast and hit quota on schedule. This is a newly created role — the BDR function has been running without a dedicated, full-time manager, and you are the person who changes that. You report into our GTM organization, and work closely with our Account Executives, Regional VPs, and Marketing/demand gen to keep the pipeline both full and qualified. What You Will Own 1. The team. The role “The ideal forward deployed builder is a composite. Not a software engineer, not a product manager, not a solutions architect or a salesperson — but able to draw on any of these to solve the customer’s problems, in the customer’s building, on the customer’s timeline, against the customer’s data.” Ema is building the Universal Agentic Control Plane — the layer where enterprises turn messy, human-run business processes into AI Employees that actually do the work. The platform is powerful. The bottleneck is people who can walk into a customer’s world, see what should be automated, and make it real. That’s this role. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Builder to embed inside our customers and partners, find the highest-value opportunities for agentic automation, solution them, build the demo, win the deal, and then stay to implement it in production. You go in alone, Rambo in the jungle, armed with your wits, your skills, and the most powerful agentic platform on the market. We’ll train you hard before you deploy. After that, the territory is yours. This is not a support role behind an account team. You are the account team, the solutions architect, and the builder, compress

The Role The Customer Engagement Manager owns a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end: every engagement, every outcome, every relationship, every expansion opportunity. Think of this as the McKinsey Associate Partner model applied to enterprise AI delivery. You are the single point of accountability for your accounts. The customer calls you — not your manager — when they have a problem. You staff delivery teams, oversee solution quality, run executive readouts, measure ROI, drive adoption, rebuild trust when things break, and grow the book through proven production value.
