About the Role: As Associate Director - Business Finance, you’ll strategise with the business team and tell us how and where to spend our money. While you ensure governance and controllership are best in class, more importantly you actively work with CXOs to drive prioritisation/ choices around growth and profitability. You will lead a team of expert finance professionals - who will aid you in problem discovery, implementing complex business solutions, playing the critical challenger role in business orgs and being co-pilot in leadership level decision-making. You’ll also manage business development activities according to a financial plan. You’ll modify financial plans and budget amounts based on the changes in business plans. About the Role As a Senior Manager for the Content Commerce team, you will be the driving force behind how millions of users organically discover trends and find personal inspiration on Meesho. This is a 0-to-1 charter where you will solve the dual challenge of Content Supply and Algorithmic Ranking/Discovery. About the Role The Control Tower is where the stability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of ValMo's pan-India network is owned end-to-end. This is a deliberately generalist role in Fulfilment & Experience - your mandate is defined by an outcome, not a fixed function. Put simply: you are the person we point at the highest-leverage problem threatening the network, and you figure it out from first principles. The specific problem changes with what the network needs. In one quarter you might be redesigning the topology of a region; in the next, rebuilding the capacity-planning engine, running a structural cost-out program, firefighting an RTO or CX spike, or standing up readiness for a peak event - including problems that don't yet have an owner. What stays constant is the accountability: keep the network stable, predictable, and cost-efficient no matter what breaks or scales.

About the Role As a Director within F&E, you will be a critical anchor shaping how buyers and sellers experience the platform and how efficiently and reliably it runs. This is a highly generalist leadership role designed for a strategic problem-solver who can navigate seamlessly between long-term strategic transformation and large-scale, metrics-driven execution. Rather than being confined to a single vertical, you will own one (and over time, potentially more than one) of Meesho's most critical F&E charters. We own the Information Security Management System, drive every external certification, and shape how Meesho earns trust with sellers, buyers, partners and regulators. About the Role This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to drive - not just oversee - a multi-framework compliance program. You'll be the DRI for ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II, run end-to-end ITGC and TPRM cycles, and help operationalise India's DPDP Rules 2025 across a product organisation that processes data at meaningful scale. You'll work directly with Engineering, IT, Legal, Product, and external auditors.
