At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Corporate Engineering team is the infrastructure layer that keeps 1,500+ people connected, secure, and moving fast. AI is now central to how that happens, and this role leads the team that owns the backbone underneath it. Corporate Engineering owns the shared AI platform for Vanta's internal systems: identity and access for AI tools, cost visibility and controls, sanctioned tooling and guardrails, and the enablement that helps people use those tools well. We do not own product AI, which stays with Engineering, and we do not replace the AI work happening inside individual departments. We build the engineering layer that makes all of it safer, cheaper, and better supported. The company has moved fast. AI assistant use is widespread across every function, MCP infrastructure is live and self-serve company-wide, internal apps ship on a hosted platform, and AI spend has grown to the point where attribution and guardrails genuinely matter. What does not exist yet is a single owner for that platform layer. That is this role. As Sr. Manager, AI Engineering, you will lead a small, senior team, write the charter for what Corporate Engineering owns versus enables, and build the platform that lets the rest of Vanta adopt AI quickly without accumulating cost, risk, or duplication. What youβll do as a Senior Manager, AI Corporate Engineering at Vanta: Lead, coach, and grow a senior team spanning platform engineering and technical program management. Set clear direction, hold a high bar, and give the team explicit permission to push back with data. Own the AI access layer end to end: identity and authentication for AI tools, connector
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You'll lead Vanta's EMEA Solutions Engineering team across the Growth and Commercial segments, developing a strong group of eight SEs while evolving our technical sales motion and helping drive growth in one of Vanta's highest-priority regions. Solutions Engineering at Vanta sits at the intersection of product, technical, and sales. The SE team works alongside Account Executives to drive technical wins, lead discovery, and make the fit between customer needs and Vanta's capabilities real, converting qualified opportunities into closed revenue. In EMEA, that means operating across a wide and diverse market: from established financial and technology hubs across Western Europe to emerging opportunities across the Middle East, Israel, and Southern Europe, each with different regulatory contexts, GRC maturity levels, and buying behaviours. The team needs to show up credibly across all of them. This manager leads the Growth and Commercial SE team, a group of eight SEs spanning a fast-moving, high-priority region. The SE motion is actively evolving from a repeatable demo approach toward a more consultative, value-based model in the right deals, while preserving speed and volume where that remains the right answer. The job is to develop the team and the motion together. What youβll do as a Manager, Solutions Engineering at Vanta: Lead and develop the SE team: manage eight SEs across the Growth and Commercial segments, build on the existing operating rhythm, and establish a coaching cadence that elevates individual performance and team craft Drive the evolution of the SE motion: work with your team and EMEA sales leadership to shift fro

Vanta's Corporate Engineering team is the infrastructure layer that keeps 1,500+ people connected, secure, and moving fast. This role leads the shift from a reactive support function to a platform function the whole company relies on. Corporate Engineering owns the systems, tooling, and access infrastructure Vanta runs on. From identity and device management to AI tooling infrastructure and ITSM, CE makes sure Vanta's people have the right access, the right tools, and the right guardrails on day one and every day after. CE is at an inflection point. The company has scaled quickly, AI tooling is live company-wide, and the team is ready for a leader who sets technical direction, establishes clear ownership, and builds the leadership layer beneath them. As Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering, you will lead a team of experienced engineers, own several of the company's highest-priority platform initiatives, and make CE a function the rest of Vanta builds on rather than routes around. What youβll do as a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering at Vanta: Lead, coach, and grow a team of systems engineers and a tech lead. Set clear expectations, hold a high bar, and develop the people who build Vanta's most critical internal systems. Own joiner, mover, and leaver automation end to end in Okta Workflows, so access is correct on day one, follows people through role changes, and closes completely on departure, including API keys and service credentials. Build and own device assurance across macOS and Windows, defining OS, browser, and device-state policy ahead of enforcement rather than in response to it. Rationalize the ITSM estate so self-servi

We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Sr. AI GTM Engineer on Vanta's GTM Engineering team, you will design and ship internal AI products and processes that completely transform how our go-to-market teams operate and win. You'll embed with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to build novel applications and platforms that accelerate pipeline generation, improve win rates, and scale how Vanta engages customers. You will also own end-to-end outcomes, move quickly from concept to production, and directly shape how customers experience Vanta in the field. This role is ideal for AI-pilled builders who want to be close to users, solve complex business problems with elegant technical solutions, and define entirely new categories of enterprise software. Vanta's GTM Engineering team operates as an internal incubator: applying AI at scale to revolutionize customer engagement. We build high-impact tools that reshape conversations, learn from every customer interaction, and demonstrate the value of our platform in real-world scenarios. This team sits at the intersection of engineering and GTM, shipping solutions that range from rapid prototypes to production-grade systems. What you'll do as a Senior AI GTM Engineer at Vanta: Ideate and build products that transform how Vanta generates new business, interfaces with prospects and customers, and grows existing customer relationships Own the full product lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship, and maintain solutions that solve real-world customer and internal workflow problems Partner closely with Vantaβs CRO and executive leadership teams to architect and execute plans that bring Vanta to the forefront of GTM orgs lev

ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. The Growth & Engagement team owns the experiences that turn a single-player tool into a multiplayer habit: the loops that bring people back, help them find their work, and pull their colleagues into a mural. Mural's self-serve growth runs through these experiences, and engagement and retention are central to how the business grows. YOUR MISSION As Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement, you will own the end-to-end self-serve experience, from a user's first touch through activation, return usage, and conversion to paid. You will treat the full funnel as one system: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, sharing, and monetization. You will run a high-tempo experimentation practice, partner deeply across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and make the calls that turn occasional users into teams that rely on Mural every week. This is a role for someone who wants to own real growth outcomes, not just ship features. You will own the surfaces that decide whether Mural's self-serve engine grows. Engagement and retention here move the business directly, and you will own the full loop across growth and engagement rather than a narrow slice of it. Youβll have a rare end-to-end view of the funnel, from acquisition through in-product engagement. You will work alongside thoughtful product, design, and engineering partners who care about craft and impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience, from first touch through activation and return usage Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experience Drive activation and retention by improving the moments that bring people back: home and dashboard, notifications, search, rooms and folders, comments, and more Partner closely with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation across
