About the Role & Team We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Delivery and SDK team within Statsig at Amplitude. This team builds the systems that connect developers to Statsig and safely deliver product experiences to end users around the world. The team owns two foundational areas: Delivery: The globally distributed systems that evaluate Experiments and Feature Gates and deliver the resulting experiences to end users. These systems sit directly in the critical path of our customers’ applications, making availability, scale, correctness, and latency essential. SDKs: More than 30 SDKs spanning web, mobile, server, edge, TV, gaming, and emerging platforms. Our goal is to meet developers wherever they build and give them an ergonomic, reliable way to integrate Statsig into any application or technology stack. This is a uniquely broad technical leadership role. You’ll work across distributed systems, mobile platforms, server runtimes, edge environments, and developer tooling—sometimes all in the same week. We’re looking for a hands-on, technically versatile leader who enjoys moving between technologies, learning unfamiliar systems, and solving problems across abstraction boundaries. You don’t need to be the world’s foremost expert in a single language or platform. You do need the curiosity and technical judgment to work effectively across many of them—and the ability to build a team that can make a complex, polyglot ecosystem feel simple and dependable to developers. What You’ll Do Lead and grow the team responsible for Statsig’s global delivery infrastructure and ecosystem of 30+ SDKs. Leading a team of 8-10 team members Define the technical strategy for highly available, low-latency evaluation and delivery systems operating at global scale. Make Statsig exceptionally easy to adopt by continuously improving SDK ergonomics, performance, reliability, consistency, and documentation. Expand our SDK coverage as new languages, frameworks, runtimes, and comp
About the Role & Team We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Infrastructure team within Statsig Experiment at Amplitude. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists responsible for the systems that power experimentation at scale. The team owns three critical areas: Data ingestion: Collecting and importing experiment exposures, custom events, OpenTelemetry data, and real user monitoring data across SDKs, streaming systems, cloud storage, and customer data warehouses. Data computation: Building distributed computation systems that transform raw data into accurate, timely experiment results. Stats engine: Developing and productionizing the statistical methods that help customers make trustworthy decisions from their experiments. This is not a traditional data engineering management role. We are looking for a leader with a solid data science and statistical foundation who can connect advances in experimentation methodology with scalable production systems. You will help set our technical and scientific direction, translating new statistical methods and machine learning research into capabilities that customers can use reliably at scale. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and customers to advance the state of experimentation. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing causal inference and statistical power with data scientists, distributed computation architectures with engineers, and experimentation strategy with customers. What You’ll Do Lead and grow the team responsible for Statsig’s data ingestion, experiment computation, and stats engine. Define the technical and scientific strategy for advancing experimentation across both Statsig Cloud and warehouse-native deployments. Partner with data scientists and engineers to turn new statistical and causal inference methods into scalable, reliable product capabilities. Evolve our data and computatio
About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. The stack is Java, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, DynamoDB, S3, and Snowflake, running on AWS and GCP. Responsibilities Set the direction and roadmap for data import and export, with clear priorities and tradeoffs you can explain to engineers, PMs, and customers Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers — hiring, career development, feedback, and performance Partner with your tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, without becoming the bottleneck for every decision Own reliability, SLOs, and cost efficiency for pipelines customers depend on daily Expand the set of destinations and sources we support, and make each new integration cheaper to build than the last Work directly with Product, Design, and other Data Platform teams to ship e

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. It is backend-heavy, high-blast-radius work. As we move upmarket, this is some of the most important and security-sensitive work we do — enterprises decide whether they can trust us based on how precise, predictable, auditable, and manageable our access controls are. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow this team.
