Hyliion is committed to creating innovative solutions that enable clean, flexible and affordable electricity production. The Company’s primary focus is to develop distributed power generators that can operate on various fuel sources to future-proof against an ever-changing energy economy. Job Purpose The Senior Manager, Additive Fleet is responsible for the day-to-day performance of Hyliion's laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) printer fleet in Austin, which produces the complex, high-density metal heat exchanger hardware in the KARNO Core. The fleet runs the full range of Colibrium Additive LPBF platforms, including new machine technology being adopted in real time, and a primary focus is reducing machine-to-machine variation and building repeatable processes across machine models. This is a hands-on leadership role with regular time on the shop floor, and its scope will grow as Hyliion's print capacity scales. AI at Hyliion At Hyliion, AI is core to how we work. We equip every team member with leading AI tools and count on you to use them — to move faster, solve harder problems, and help us realize the full potential of KARNO technology for the world. Duties and Responsibilities Own fleet uptime and drive continuous improvement in machine-to-machine consistency across Hyliion's LPBF printer fleet. Build and maintain a preventive maintenance program across all machines to identify failure modes before they cause downtime. At Anyscale , we're on a mission to democratize distributed computing and make it accessible to software developers of all skill levels. We’re commercializing Ray , a popular open-source project that's creating an ecosystem of libraries for scalable machine learning. Companies like OpenAI , Uber , Spotify , Instacart , Cruise , and many more, have Ray in their tech stacks to accelerate the progress of AI applications out into the real world. With Anyscale, we’re building the best place to run Ray, so that any developer or data scientist can scale an ML application from their laptop to the cluster without needing to be a distributed systems expert. Proud to be backed by Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, and Addition with $250+ million raised to date. About the Role Anyscale's security and compliance needs are growing as we work with larger and more demanding customers. Compliance is increasingly a customer-facing, contractual function rather than an internal exercise, and we are looking for someone to own it. This role owns that function end to end: our audits, our evidence base, our risk register, and the security diligence that customers put us through before and during a contract. You will work directly with the Head of Security and across engineering, IT, legal, and sales. This is a program-ownership role with the autonomy and accountability that implies. You will not have a senior compliance function above you to defer to; you are that function. In your first year, success looks like a complete and defensible evidence base with clean audit outcomes, a repeatable way to answer customer security diligence, and a risk register that leadership actually uses. What You'll Do Own our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 programs, and future frameworks as we take them on, including scope, evidence, control operation, and the relationship with our external auditors. Sapience AI Corporation
📍 Seattle• $180K – $190K/yr

Sapience AI is the collective intelligence platform for professional communities. We sit above the CRMs, AMS platforms, and knowledge bases that organizations already run, and we turn the expertise scattered across them into something every member can search, act on, and share. The intelligence a community needs is already inside it. Most organizations just cannot reach it. Knowledge lives in silos, in legacy systems, in the heads of a few experts, and in fragmented records no one can connect. We change that. Our work is grounded in four commitments: technology elevates people and never replaces them, the best expertise is already inside the community, everything is built on trust, and every deployment is purpose-driven for the organization it serves. Let’s achieve more, together. Where this role sits This role owns a product area end to end. Where the product marketer is the market lens, you are the person accountable for what we build, how it works, and whether it ships and succeeds. You lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and applied AI specialists to turn strategy into a product members rely on. You own the roadmap for your area, the decisions inside it, and the outcomes it produces. You work at the center of the product organization, translating a clear point of view into shipped work that moves MINERVA and the COGENT architecture forward through each GR/GA milestone. Why this role exists In an AI market where capabilities can be copied in weeks, the advantage goes to teams that decide well and ship fast. Someone has to hold the point of view, make the calls, and keep a team building the right thing. Collective intelligence is hard product work: reasoning over messy knowledge, earning member trust, and fitting into how communities already operate. It needs an owner who can hold both the ambition and the details. The Senior Product Manager is that owner. You set direction for your area, make the hard prioritization calls, and are accountable fo
