About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're hiring experienced performance engineers to find and land performance wins across the Supabase stack — from the query optimiser to block device level, and across the network paths and cloud infrastructure that connect our distributed platform. This is a performance delivery role: real, measured improvements to our database, platform, and APIs as we scale toward enterprise and platform-grade workloads. The methodologies you develop and tooling you build exist to multiply that delivery. You'd join a new performance team as one of its first members, working alongside a deeply seasoned performance engineer, with the team growing to roughly six this year. There's no legacy process to inherit — you'll help define how performance engineering works at Supabase. What you'll do Find bottlenecks in live production systems and characterize them precisely enough that the owning team can act on them without you in the room. Partner closely with database teams (e.g. Multigres, OrioleDB) and infra teams to land concrete performance improvements. Build, communicate, and evolve performance methodologies and tooling that turn live production data into actionable insight. Partner with the observability team to capture the right signals and establish a unified view of platform performance (latency, throughput, tail behavior) across products. Help teams self-serve performance analysis and make performance a first-class engineering concern. Problems you might work on Tune the kernel's paging behavior to production workloads Reduce memory overhead in OrioleDB and Multigres Identify and eliminate sources of latency spikes from application to kernel level Identify scalability bottlenecks across the

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers to help them ship countless products that people love. More than 7 million developers trust us with their data, and we are custodians of every byte of it. Security is foundational to that trust, and as we move deeper into AI-native development, regulated industries, and enterprise, it shapes whether a developer chooses us on day one and whether a regulated company can build their most sensitive workloads on Supabase. About the role We're looking for a PM who can balance the constant tension between security and developer experience at platform scale. Every control you add is friction a developer has to absorb, and every default you loosen is a door an attacker could walk through. Finding the right balance between protecting customers and keeping them fast is the work of this role. You'll partner with Security Engineering, Compliance, and the platform teams that own auth, networking, and audit. This is a remote position and we're open to considering candidates located across EMEA and AMER time zones. In This Role You Will Set the security agenda for the platform. Lead Supabase's platform security roadmap end-to-end, from the defaults that protect a developer prototyping their first project to the advanced controls a Fortune 500 CISO needs before approving us. Hold the line between security and developer experience. Every security feature trades protection against friction. A control that's too strict pushes developers off the platform; one that's too easy to bypass doesn't protect anyone. Lead our security strategy for AI agents. Agents now read, write, and deploy on behalf of developers and companies, often at machine speed. You'll lead how Supabase authenticates, scopes, and audits agent activity so customers can give them real capability while staying in control of their data. Own our security product surface. Drive the roadmap for the security tooling customers use to operate safely

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role: We're redefining how software is built and who gets to build it. Our mission is to achieve Autonomy for All: making programming accessible, collaborative, and powered by AI. To realize this vision, we need people who are obsessed with understanding how users experience our product and can turn that understanding into decisions that move the needle. You'll directly impact Replit's growth by turning user behavior into actionable insights that shape product strategy, improve activation and retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth across our self-serve and enterprise segments. Who You are You're a data scientist who moves fast and goes deep. You can spin up an analysis in hours that would take others days; not by cutting corners, but because you've built the intuition and technical toolkit to get to the right answer quickly. You're the person who digs past the top-line number to find the confound, questions whether the metric actually measures what people think it does, and pressure-tests your own work before anyone else sees it. You treat experimentation as a craft, not a checkbox. You've felt the pain of underpowered tests and novelty effects, and you have the judgment to get it right. You use AI agents and tools aggressively to multiply your output - writing code, exploring data, generating hypotheses, but you treat every AI-assisted output as a draft, not a deliverable. You know what good analysis looks like and you won't ship anything that doesn't meet that bar. The result is that you operate at a speed and depth that most DS teams can't match. You will: Design and analyze product experiments to evaluate feature launches, onboarding changes, and in-product interventions with rigorous statistical

About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About The Role Data governance is one of the most critical challenges for Mixpanel's enterprise customers, and the AI era turns it into a foundational problem. A data foundation that stays clean, consistent, and trusted is what sets Mixpanel apart. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Data Foundation team, you'll work across the stack to build high-impact features with extreme customer focus. You'll partner closely with engineers across the company, and with Design, Product, and GTM, to solve one of the hardest problems in analytics: keeping data clean, consistent, and trustworthy at scale. Security at most companies is reactive. A checkbox for auditors. A speed bump for engineers. A department that says no. That's not what we're building. The Company Sendbird is the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications — an enterprise-grade infrastructure company that gives businesses the APIs and SDKs to embed real-time chat, voice, and video directly into their own products. Over 4,000 brands trust us. Seven billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users. We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands more. We were good at what we did. Really good. So we asked what comes next. With decades of leadership in communications infrastructure, the answer was clear: AI. In February 2025, we launched our AI agent for enterprise CX. Later that year, we introduced Delight.ai — and the name says everything about what we believe. AI's real promise isn't efficiency. It isn't cost savings. It's restoring what customer experience lost somewhere along the way: the feeling of being understood, of being genuinely cared for. We don't want customers to feel satisfied. We want them to feel delighted. The Product Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel—chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp—without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered. Why Head of IT & Security We're an AI company handling enterprise-grade conversations at global scale, and our customers trust us with data that matters. That trust isn't a nice-to-have. It's a competitive differentiator. It's why DoorDash and Match Group chose us. It's why we've earned certifications that our competitors are still chasing. Security here means being a partner to the business, not a blocker. It mea
