This role requires adaptability, steady composure, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced surgical environment. Because patients’ needs don’t follow business hours, you will also participate in on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted support for urgent cases and time-sensitive customer needs. Job Overview Wargaming’s Center for Player Insights is hiring an experienced UX Researcher to champion player needs and inform product decisions across live-service and in-development titles. You will partner closely with game teams, including UX Design, Game Design, Product Management, and Product Analytics, to frame research questions, select the most suitable methods, and run both in-lab and remote UX research studies.
