This role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior executives, gain visibility into enterprise operations, and develop the skills necessary for a future leadership role within Hasbro. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. What You Will Do As An Executive Associate: Executive and Team Support Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked. Serve as a primary liaison between the SVP, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders — ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
