About The Role & Team As a Workplace Coordinator, you'll help make Amplitude's San Francisco headquarters a place where people want to work. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our office—from facilities and vendors to supplies, events, and employee experience—while partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and our Security Coordinator. This is a hands-on role for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, and can move quickly when priorities change. You'll report to the Head of Global Workplace and play an important role in keeping our HQ running smoothly and supporting a great in-office experience. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will: Own day-to-day office and facilities operations, including space readiness, supplies, seating changes, maintenance requests, and coordination with building management. Manage workplace vendors, invoices, purchase orders, and day-to-day spend while helping ensure services are delivered effectively and within budget.
