Responsibilities include the booking and scheduling of vendors, crew and technical facilities for a variety of projects with a focus on assigned live remote productions. Determine requirements for each job and facilitate as needed, oversee from beginning to end with all parties, managing all operational aspects of each project to guarantee they are managed appropriately. Work directly with the Accounting Department on projected budgets and reconcile project expenses to ensure client billing is timely and accurate. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or related experience Minimum of five to seven years in the production industry with experience in remote operations Experience in remote television logistics planning, television compounds and execution Experience in project budgeting, crewing, logistics and scheduling for studio and remote operations Sports background preferred. Experience with operational requirements and logistics related to golf Must have experience with various camera, audio, grip and lighting equipment for live remote, commercial and ENG shoots Proficient in Microsoft Wo
