Job Description (JD) for MEP Engineer - Mechanical Lead Projects & Site Integration. Position Summary The incumbent will be responsible for leading engineering design project execution qualification validation commissioning and GMP compliance activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities sterile processing areas NPSB facilities warehouses utilities and associated infrastructure. The role requires end-to-end responsibility from project initiation through facility handover while ensuring compliance with cGMP GEP WHO USFDA EU GMP and ISPE guidelines. Make Daily Reports of Deployment Log book Inventory etc.. Handling employee s queries and resolving them in a professional manner. Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed. Inspect staff work performance. Demonstrate leadership and training to staff. Communicate effectively to staff. Qualification Should be having an experience of 1 4years with Facility Management background. Should possess an eye for detail The person needs to have good communication skills experience in working with diverse set of employees having the ability to navigate in unknown circumstances and situations and needs to connect well with the employees.
