We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide technical evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot issues across hardware and software, and help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical problem solving, solution development, and regional relationship building, with regular travel throughout Southeast Asia. Your role: Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments and arrival times to address and resolve customer needs. Understand the customer's business and competitive environment; generate service revenue. Actively participate as a member of the regional work team; work to improve team processes and identify training gaps. Seek out opportunities to increase capability and capacity (i.e. may be required to become qualified in multiple modalities, learns new tools). The ideal candidate will be able to travel nationally but will be located in the greater New York City area. We expect this FSE to live within a 45-minute commute to Manhattan, with travel to other sites as required. Your role: Deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their business environment while contributing to service revenue growth.
