This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of manufacturing, field service, and quality leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with mission-critical mechanical systems — particularly hydronic cooling, chiller platforms, and data center infrastructure — combined with the discipline and communication skills to document findings clearly and present them to leadership. This role is hands-on and will require mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems as well as quality related processes such as 8D problem solving and Six Sigma methodologies.
