Role Description We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the team responsible for Dropbox’s underlying data foundations that power our business as a whole. This is a hands-on engineering leader who owns the pipelines and data products that Product, GTM, Finance, and the CTO organization depend on to make decisions. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of data engineers building and operating our ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and serving layers, as well as the self-serve analytics substrate that lets partner teams answer their own questions without bespoke engineering work. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical, product-minded engineering leader who can hold a high bar on system reliability and data quality while partnering closely with Data Science, Business Intelligence Engineering, Analytics, and Product to turn fragmented, ticket-driven data work into durable, reusable data products. Responsibilities Data Quality & Observability: Establish and enforce a rigorous data quality culture: lineage, freshness monitoring, anomaly detection, and outcome-oriented, gaming-resistant quality metrics. Self-Serve Platform: Lead the engineering of the self-serve analytics substrate, reducing bespoke request volume and increasing partner-team autonomy. Cost & Efficiency: Own the unit economics of the data platform — compute and storage efficiency — and drive measurable improvements without sacrificing reliability. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner deeply with Data Science, BIE, Analytics, Product, Data Platform, and the CTO org to define the semantic layer, modeling standards, and data contracts that make downstream work trustworthy and fast. Engineering Culture: Establish rigorous engineering practices — code review, testing, CI/CD for data, incident response, and postmortems — and champion the effective, measured use of AI coding tools to improve engineering productivity. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow

About the team Platform Partnerships builds and grows the relationships that extend OpenAI products through the world’s most important technology platforms. The team works across Product, Engineering, Research, Go-to-Market, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Policy, and Operations to turn partner opportunities into durable product experiences and business outcomes. We are a small team working on opportunities that rarely arrive with a playbook. We set the strategy, make the tradeoffs, and stay close to execution through launch and scale. About the role We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to own and drive the expansion of a portfolio of OpenAI’s most strategic platform partnerships. You will treat each partnership as a business: set the expansion thesis, align joint product roadmaps, structure commercial opportunities, and translate shared ambition into measurable adoption, usage, revenue, distribution, and product impact. This is a senior individual-contributor role with full-lifecycle ownership—from strategy and negotiation through integration, launch, performance, expansion, and renewal. It is a 0-to-1 builder role, not a coordination role. You will create clarity where the operating model is still emerging, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and step into the details required to move the work forward. The right person can move fluidly between a multi-year partnership strategy and the immediate product, commercial, or operating blocker in front of the team. You will build trusted relationships at the executive and working levels while representing OpenAI’s priorities with clarity and thoughtful pushback. What success looks like Each priority partner has a clear expansion thesis, joint roadmap, governance model, and measurable outcomes. High-priority product integrations and go-to-market initiatives launch with clear ownership, strong readiness, and fewer unresolved dependencies. Partnerships show measurable growth across the outcomes that matter for t

ABOUT THE ROLE Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI — and we're now building the team that will scale how we take it to market. This is a foundational hire on our GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of strategic planning and field execution. You'll work directly with the CRO, Head of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Finance, field leadership, and our Central Ops team. On any given week, you might be refining our pipeline generation model, building a territory coverage analysis, designing a new GTM motion, or partnering with a regional leader to understand what's driving a trend in their pipeline. This role requires someone who can think rigorously, build things from scratch, and operate with speed and judgment in an environment where the playbook is still being written. This is a rare opportunity to be an early GTM strategy and operations hire at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI infrastructure — and to help define how we scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO: GTM Planning, Target Setting & Market Intelligence Contribute to the annual and quarterly GTM planning process in partnership with Finance, including headcount modeling, ramp assumptions, and revenue target-setting Build and maintain coverage models aligned to 2-year growth projections, incorporating territory design, account segmentation, and capacity planning Support quota framework development, helping

We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. PRODUCT AT BASETEN Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer-obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the people who defines it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for what product looks like here. You earn trust by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences. THE ROLE The largest, most demanding Enterprises are starting to run on Baseten and they come with a range of security, compliance, and procurement requirements. Today that readiness is assembled deal-by-deal. You'll own the enterprise-readiness surface end to end and turn it into product: the deployment options customers can choose and buy, compliance posture they can trust, access and security controls their IT teams require, and the billing and spend controls their finance teams expect. What does a complete Baseten Enterprise Product offering look like? RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the Enterprise Readiness customer experience end to end: Partner with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to make "enterprise-ready" a platform-wide capability, not a deal-by-deal scramble. Outcome: readiness becomes a supported, priced product instead of bespoke work asse

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a Procurement Lead to build Baseten's procurement function from the ground up. This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone who wants to define how a company runs procurement, not inherit an existing process. As the company scales across engineering, GTM, and corporate functions, we need to build purchasing workflows and vendor relationships. This is a rare, critical-moment hire: you'll set the leading-practice processes, systems, and policies that the company runs on as it continues to grow, with the mandate and dedicated focus to build something built to scale. This role exists to make procurement a source of leverage for the business, not friction. Your goal is to build scalable process, take on vendor management and RFP work that today sits informally with individual teams, and free up business owners' time and capacity, all while building the guardrails the company needs as it grows. You'll partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and business owners across the company, and you'll be judged on whether teams feel supported and unblocked, not slowed down. Join us as a Product Manager to build the accounting products that will make Qonto the default finance workspace for SMEs across Germany and beyond. You'll own our accounting expansion in the German market end-to-end — shaping the product strategy, deepening our local offering, and defining what we build next — in one of the most fragmented and locally complex domains in fintech: German accounting, bookkeeping, and the DATEV ecosystem. You will report to Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. ➡️ What you'll do Own your product roadmap end-to-end: Define what we build, why, and in what order — working with engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship features that make a real difference for SMEs and their accountants in Germany. Go deep on German accounting workflows and develop a sharp understanding of how accounting actually works in Germany. Define and execute the German accounting strategy by understanding customer needs, evaluating what to build vs. partner on, and shaping an offer that's genuinely useful to German SMEs, not just a localized version of what works elsewhere. Ship faster with AI: Use AI tools (Dust, Notion AI, Claude) and leverage AI as a product lever, identifying where automation and intelligence can transform accounting from a chore into a competitive advantage. Challenge the status quo: Question assumptions, prototype fast, and push for the best possible product. Work with maximum squad autonomy: Your squad owns its roadmap, picks its approaches, and ships independently. No layers of approval, no waiting on committees. ➡️ What we're looking for Deep German accounting domain expertise as you've worked at or closely with a German accounting-tech company. 5+ years as a Product Manager: Concrete examples of products you took from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled. You think in outcomes, not features, and you're comfortable making hard trade-offs. AI-native workflow: You use AI to supercharge how you work — from research and analysis to sp

The Consumption Based Billing & Licensing (CBBL) team builds the systems that decide what customers can access, what they've purchased, and what they've used. We own the infrastructure behind licensing, entitlements, and usage-based billing for Asana's newer products and add-ons — making sure customers get the right paid features, usage is tracked accurately, and admins have clear ways to understand and manage their accounts. As Asana expands its product surface and pricing models, the systems we build directly shape how the business grows and how customers experience the value of what they've bought. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve: Lead and grow a team of engineers working across backend systems, platform services, and customer-facing experiences. Set technical direction and help shape the roadmap for licensing and billing capabilities. Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Finance, Sales, and other engineering teams to turn ambiguous business needs into shipped solutions. Drive execution on projects such as: licensing and access control usage tracking and billing admin dashboards, alerts, and controls bulk and automated license assignment trial and add-on provisioning flows Make thoughtful trade-offs across scalability, reliability, correctness, and speed of delivery. Coach engineers, support their growth, and build a high-performing team culture. Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and explain technical decisions in business-friendly terms. The Internal Data team is on a mission to power data-informed decisions and applications across MongoDB, oriented around the business areas of Customer, Product, Finance, and Employee. We build and scale the data products MongoDB employees rely on every day, including data pipelines, datasets, analytics, APIs, ML models, and frameworks that form the backbone of our internal data ecosystem. We treat data as a product. That means applying the same rigor, user focus, and outcome orientation to internal data that MongoDB brings to its external-facing platform and products. As MongoDB scales, our financial data footprint has grown exponentially. You will inherit the challenge of providing the focus and product management needed to transform complex, high-volume consumption data into clean, compliant, and near-real-time financial products; moving our Finance teams away from manual workflows and toward automated, AI-driven forecasting. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in NYC, Austin, Palo Alto, or San Francisco for our hybrid working model.
