The Senior Financial Systems Analyst, OneStream owns the day-to-day support, administration, and continuous improvement of Topgolf’s OneStream platform across financial close, consolidation, reconciliations, transaction matching, cash flow reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology to translate business needs into reliable, scalable OneStream solutions. The position serves as the primary functional resource for business users while supporting new capabilities, process improvements, and stronger financial reporting outcomes. Support day-to-day administration of OneStream including metadata maintenance, security administration, workflow support, user provisioning, and platform monitoring and support. Develop and maintain CubeViews, QuickViews, dashboards, reports, and management reporting solutions to support Finance and Accounting users. Support financial close, consolidations, transaction matching, account reconciliations, and cash flow reporting processes within OneStream. Partner with FP&A to develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, workforce planning, scenario modeling, and driver-based planning solutions within OneStream Develop CubeViews, QuickViews, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions supporting Finance and Operations leadership. Support integration validation and data quality management between OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise applications Assist with implementation, testing, and deployment of new OneStream modules, Marketplace solutions, and platform enhancements.
