MongoDB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to grow our GTM FP&A team. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with the business to drive decision-making and resource planning. The Senior Analyst is expected to make significant contributions to the success of MongoDB by working with executives and team leaders to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic business initiatives. This position requires an adaptable self-starter who is able to work comfortably and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization, takes tasks from start to finish and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This will be a hybrid role in our Dublin or Cork office for two days per week, reporting to management in NYC. Responsibilities: Business Partnering: Quickly establish positive relationships and become a key advisor for your GTM partners across the Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Acceleration, and Sales Operations departments allowing you to build a solid understanding of business drivers and ensuring alignment with company objectives Forecasting: Build and maintain detailed financial and operating models to support your stakeholders in all aspects of their budgets and forecasts including headcount planning and resource optimization Analyzing: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and build financial models to guide leaders toward efficient operating strategies, resource allocation, and investments in GTM initiatives Reporting: Support financial month-end close activities, including headcount reconciliations, accrual reviews, and budget vs. actuals analysis and financial reporting Operational Effectiveness: Improve and scale business, operational, and financial processes understood by all key stakeholders, including standardizing and automating reports and improving how we leverage internal systems and tools What You'll Need: Bachelor’s Degree; finance, business or economics preferred 3-5 ye

Vanta's Financial Systems function builds, maintains, and supports the tools that Vanta's Finance & Accounting operate on. The team builds scalable, integrated, and high value solutions that enable Finance, Accounting, and RevOps to move quickly without trading away accuracy or auditability. Vanta's Finance Systems team is early, and Procurement and FP&A have historically had little systems representation. That makes this a rare chance to own foundational decisions rather than inherit them. You will be helping implement our first CPM tool, re-architect Zip end-to-end, and help build the finance data layer in Snowflake that everything downstream will run on, with the autonomy to set the standards the team builds on as we scale.
