Forward Deployed Creative in United Kingdom

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a Forward Deployed Reliability Engineer (FDRE), you ensure the stability and reliability of mission-critical workflows built on Palantir software. You gather signal by going on call — resolving problems before the customer is impacted — and use those learnings to drive product change, shape our internal tooling, and refine our operational processes so that we provide an increasing quality of service to more and more customers. Your approach is hands-on and pragmatic: you’ll rapidly address issues as they arise with quick and effective solutions, and advocate for workflow or product improvements once the immediate issue is resolved. You are energised by engaging directly with problems, from writing a script to automate a manual task, to finding creative workarounds, or building a case for a product enhancement. You don’t just fix issues — you look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and make the entire system more resilient. An FDRE synthesises learnings from support into best practices for others to follow. These are captured in documentation and shared with the team and the wider organisation. In this way, you raise the bar for reliability and efficiency across Palantir.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions to use data against them. Our customers rely on Palantir’s platforms for some of their most critical operations, and projects often start with an open ended question like “Why are we delaying so many flights?” or “How can we better identify instances of money laundering?” As an FDE, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive a real impact in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to gain rare insight into and contribute to some of the world’s most important industries and institutions. As an FDSE, your responsibilities look similar to those of a startup CTO: you’ll work in small teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of high stakes projects. Your day might span discussing architecture with fellow engineers, wrangling massive-scale data, coding a custom web app, speaking with customer executives, or establishing strategy for your team. Whether you aspire to be an entrepreneur or an engineering leader, we believe Palantir is the best place — with the best colleagues — to learn how. You’ll learn how to unpack a problem and understand the costs and consequences of its solution. You’ll learn new technologies and languages, and even develop them yourself. You’ll work autonomously and make decisions independently, within a community that will support and challenge you as you grow and develop.

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. You independently lead the most complex AI deployments Smartsheet undertakes. You own the full engagement lifecycle from technical discovery through production deployment through solutions org handoff. You architect multi-agent solutions, design client-personalized MCP resource packs, and build the Deployment Kits that transform how 200+ solutions consultants and partners operate. You mentor junior FDEs, drive the intelligence loop, and present field findings at weekly Applied AI strategy sessions. You are building a function, not filling a role. A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role The Palantir platform is deployed in numerous critical mission environments including combat zones and classified networks—from the back of a Humvee to a command post to the cloud. This means operating in multiple cloud environments, on-prem air-gapped networks, and at the edge—at scale. We are looking for Edge Infrastructure Engineers to build, operate, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable services for our production infrastructure. This role demands a deep focus on low-level systems, including the deployment and management of physical bare metal servers in both traditional data centers and edge environments. You will be responsible for physical network engineering and the development of robust infrastructure that ensures performance of the Palantir platform. In addition to ensuring performance and reliability, you will play a critical role in building and scaling new environments in a forward-deployed capacity, including onsite. Edge Infrastructure Engineers combine hardware-level engineering experience with the drive to improve existing systems and the creativity to develop novel solutions for evolving challenges. Our team strives to automate processes wherever possible, using whichever tools are best for the job. We strongly believe in engineering teams being responsible for the operations of their services in production. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers to advocate for and participate in sensible, scalable systems design, sharing responsibility for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing production issues across our most demanding deployments.

Agents have changed the game for software delivery and efficacy. Diligent is the leading GRC platform in the world, and we are racing ahead to take the agents show on the road and work with the customers where they work . The FDE function will lead the change on how we embed AI agents into some of the world’s most complex governance, risk and compliance environments. This is not a support or consultancy role. It is a builder role, for someone who is equally comfortable reading a failing agent trace, running a discovery workshop with a bank’s internal audit team, and translating what they find into a production-grade agentic solution. You will be building AI agents for GRC professionals , not assistants that surface suggestions, but agents that own complex, multi-step workflows end to end . Agents that customers can hand a task to and trust it will come back done. Closing the gap between a promising prototype and something a company Board and ELT depends on is a completely . Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do Embed directly with major enterprise customers (global banks, regulated corporates) across EU and US ; sitting wi th internal audit teams, risk functions, compliance and governance professionals to understand their real workflows and devise agentic solutions to intelligently automate them creating tremendous efficacy and efficiencies for our customers. Run agent-focused discovery workshops, rapidly prototype agentic solutions, and test them with practitioners; distinguishing between workflows that need an agent and those that need a button. Source, integrate, and move data between enterprise systems as part of live customer implementations — understanding the real data landscape customers operate in and building reliable pipelines to support it .
