About Scale AI At Scale, our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions. Our products provide the high-quality data and full-stack technologies that power the world's leading models, and help enterprises and governments build, deploy, and oversee AI applications that deliver real impact. Scale Frontier Data is the organization behind the training and evaluation data that frontier labs depend on. We build the systems, tooling, and expert workflows that turn hard human expertise into signals that models can learn from, across reasoning, coding, agentic tool use, and domain expertise. Reinforcement learning environments are now the center of gravity for that work: the difference between a model that demos well and a model that reliably completes long-horizon work is almost always the quality of the environments and reward signals it was trained against. Responsibilities As a Staff Software Engineer, RL Environments, you'll own the technical foundation for how Scale builds, runs, verifies, and delivers RL environments at scale. An RL environment is a real piece of software: a containerized world with real dependencies, real state, real tools, and a grader that has to be correct even when the agent is creative about breaking it. Building one is a full-stack engineering problem. Building thousands of them reproducibly, cheaply, with trustworthy reward signals and throughput measured in millions of rollouts is a systems problem that very few people have solved. You'll work on both. You'll design the platform: sandboxed execution, environment packaging and versioning, rollout orchestration, trajectory capture, verifier frameworks, and the authoring surfaces that let engineers and domain experts produce environments without reinventing infrastructure each time. And you'll go deep on the environments themselves by instrumenting real applications, designing task suites that expose specific capability gaps, and building graders that

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 6.5 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $257M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. About the Team The Codex Web Layer team provides the web-based systems and user experiences for Codex across the entire stack, from the Electron-like application framework that powers the application, to the user-facing in-app browser. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure and features end-to-end for the Codex desktop client application. You will help define what it means to be a hybrid agentic/interactive web browser. The team embodies “full stack” development from the lowest-level OS integration to the highest-level interaction design. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: Partner closely with product and design to conceive, design, and build features for Codex web browsing features on macOS and Windows. This role will focus mostly on the backend C++ layer and Chromium, but many features cross the full stack including some TypeScript. Partner with the wider Codex team to deliver a high-performance, stable, and secure application platform for client development. This includes API design and implementation (mostly in C++) and the infrastructure that supports deploying it (in Python, TypeScript, and agentic skills). Work with a small, experienced team of engineers on this critical and rapidly growing product. You might thrive in this role if you: Have significant experience building technically complex features end-to-end. Are a strong C++ developer, especially with experience in browser environments like Chromium and Electron. Since this role is more backend focused, general knowledge of web development and TypeScript is helpful but not required. Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Communicate clearly and concisely across many different roles in the organization. Are self-directed, identifying important work and executing it end-to-end. About OpenAI OpenAI is an AI
About the Role: Tubi's content platform is the engine behind one of the largest free streaming services in the world. Every play, every deal, every creator, every frame of video flows through systems CPE owns, and the surface area is enormous. Distributed services running on the hottest path of Tubi's traffic. Video pipelines processing one of the largest workloads in streaming. Workflow engines automating the operations that used to consume entire teams. Creator-facing products turning a back-office process into a real platform. And on top of all of it, an AI-native rebuild of the CMS that most companies aren't willing to attempt. This isn't a single-domain role. It's a platform where backend, frontend, video, infrastructure, and applied AI all collide at the scale where decisions actually matter, where an architectural choice ripples across millions of titles and billions of requests, and where the difference between "good enough" and "great" shows up in revenue. We're looking for builders who want to range across domains — backend one quarter, frontend the next, applied AI the one after that — and who want their work to be felt: by viewers when a title plays instantly, by creators when they go live the same day, by Content Ops when a workflow runs itself, and by the business when the platform stops being a cost center and starts being a force multiplier. The infrastructure is already there. The mandate is already there. What's missing is the people who want to build the thing, not talk about it. Come build it. This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to our Toronto office two days/week. What You'll Do: You'll work on systems that sit at the heart of Tubi's business, where the content pipeline meets the viewer, the creator, and increasingly, the AI agent. The work spans the full stack of a modern content platform: distributed services, video infrastructure, workflow automation, and applied AI, all running at
