ABOUT THE ROLE The Director, Global Instructor Development is responsible for leading Peloton's global instructor development strategy, casting, and Talent Producer organization. Based in New York, this role establishes the vision, frameworks, and best practices that support instructor development across all markets while partnering closely with the SVP, Global Content & Instructor Strategy to ensure alignment with Peloton's broader content and instructor strategy. The Director leads the New York-based Talent Producer team and shapes and guides Peloton's global instructor casting strategy, developing scalable approaches to talent identification, instructor coaching, brand development, and career progression. Working closely with the Director, Global Instructor Development & Operations, this role establishes global standards while partnering to ensure consistent execution across International markets.
