Global Payroll Time & Attendance Associate Job Summary The Global Payroll Time & Attendance Associate supports accurate, timely, and compliant timekeeping activities across multiple countries and employee populations. This role collects and validates time data, resolves exceptions, supports time-off and attendance processes, completes payroll-related audits, and ensures approved time information is transferred accurately to payroll. The associate partners with Payroll, People Experience, managers, Digital/HRIS teams, service centers, and external vendors to resolve issues, support system changes, and improve the colleague experience. The role also contributes to documentation, testing, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Time & Attendance Operations Collect, review, and validate time and attendance data according to established payroll calendars and country requirements. Generate time and attendance reports and prepare approved information for transfer to payroll systems. Review timecards for missing punches, incomplete records, incorrect schedules, pay-code issues, and other discrepancies. Research and resolve timekeeping inquiries and cases submitted by colleagues, managers, and business partners.<sp

Position Overview: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll processing across the entire organization, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC, in a fast-growing business. Strong experience managing UK payroll and knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and compliance requirements is essential. The Global Payroll Specialist ensures that payroll transactions are well documented, executed appropriately, and completed on time. This role also supports the development of cost-effective and efficient payroll processes, including integrating newly acquired entities. Key Responsibilities Ensure on-time and accurate disbursement of all payroll transactions for Diligent’s employees for multiple international payrolls, while ensuring HR and Payroll records remain in synch. Work closely with Human Resources (HR) to facilitate and ensure accurate data entry of benefit, employee data, pay and other payroll changes into the payroll system. Creating and notating payroll journal entries in the general ledger (GL). Research and work with accounting to resolve payroll GL reconciliation exceptions to ensure proper recording of payroll transactions in the company’s ERP system. Review and audit timesheets and payroll reports, manage payroll cutoffs, and process payrolls timely and accurately.
