Here’s a summary of the role: Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to join our growing Professional Services team, driving successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value for our customers. In this role, you will lead customer adoption and implementation projects for Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, with a strong focus on driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and executing implementations in line with Diligent’s established Services Strategy methodology. If you are a highly operational, execution-focused project leader who is passionate about technology and innovation, driven by creating meaningful client impact, building trusted partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth through exceptional consulting services, this is your next move. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and consistently exceeds client expectations, from meeting deadlines to delivering high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering solutions in response to managed services requests from customers. As a subject matter expert in Diligent's solutions, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional client experience. This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand .
