WHAT WE'RE SEEKING The Senior Accountant will support the Accounting team's monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, with a focus on prepaid and accrued expenses, payroll accounting, and construction and fixed asset accounting. This includes, but isn't limited to, reconciling balance sheet accounts, supporting internal and external audits, and serving as the accounting point of contact for a designated group of venues. This position will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, and will help develop and document stronger accounting processes, controls, and use of AI-driven tools. WHAT YOU WILL DO Key Responsibilities Produce accurate, timely financial statements as part of the Accounting team's monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including the external audit Maintain, amortize, and reconcile prepaid expenses, and record accurate accruals through searches for unrecorded liabilities Record and reconcile payroll, commission, and bonus accruals, including related reclassing and true-up entrie

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING The Public Relations Manager drives buzz-worthy moments and earned media coverage for Topgolf, serving as a public voice of the brand and highlighting our company's role This role will have high visibility across the company and advise senior leaders on external communications efforts. WHAT YOU WILL DO Key Responsibilities Foster relationships with relevant media contacts, building a mutually beneficial relationship Prepare leaders across the company for interviews with the media, compiling briefing documents and rehearsing as needed Serve as a subject matter expert for best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style Conduct media outreach on everything from seasonal promotions to major PR initiatives, in partnership with our PR agency Own the press release process, from writing and coordinating approvals to distributing and reporting Media train fellow team members across the company as needed in preparation for interviews Provide external messaging guidance and creation for any ne
