The world's most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can't easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We're at an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. Anthropic is a customer. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools, chandra, surya, marker, and lift, have 70,000+ GitHub stars and broad developer mindshare. We're backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview We're looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our enterprise customers after they sign. You'll be accountable for adoption, retention, and growth — making sure customers get real value from our models, stay for the long run, and expand their usage over time. You'll be the face of Datalab for every account you own: their trusted advisor, their first call when something matters, and the person keeping their goals moving forward. You will be the commercial and relationship manager who owns the account strategy after a deal has been signed. You'll orchestrate the right people internally so the customer always feels progress. You'll know the product and the customer's architecture well enough to lead most conversations yourself, and you'll pull in Engineering when an account needs it. We also have a long tail of self-serve customers using our API. Many are strong candidates to expand into enterprise contracts, and you'll own that self-serve → enterprise motion end to end — from spotting high-potential accounts to closing the upgraded contract. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta for Government (V4G) is how we bring that mission to the public sector. As federal compliance undergoes its biggest shift in a decade — FedRAMP 20x, machine-readable authorization, OSCAL — we're building the platform that turns federal frameworks into automated, continuously monitored product experiences. The GRC Subject Matter Experts on this team are the people who make that possible. As Vanta's GRC Subject Matter Expert for V4G , you'll own federal compliance content used by every customer pursuing or maintaining federal authorization on our platform. This is an interpretation-and-authoring role, not a compliance program administration role: your job is to interpret underlying control requirements, identify where FedRAMP modifies or constrains the NIST framework, and translate those interpretations into precise, technically testable guidance that engineering can build and customers can act on. The content you write ships as product — a five-person startup and a Fortune 100 CSP both receive it — so calibrating depth, precision, and universality is the core craft. You'll join Vanta's Security organization, which directly influences product development, facilitates the creation of automated GRC solutions for customers, and provides expert advisory services across the company. What you’ll do as a V4G GRC SME at Vanta: Build and own federal compliance frameworks — Lead the creation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of controls, evidence requirements, and implementation guidance for FedRAMP (Low/Moderate/High), NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and StateRAMP. A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We are a software engineering team with expertise in enabling ML models in production. We deploy AI models to run in variety of environments: air-gapped government networks, forward-deployed defense environments, edge nodes, and enterprises with strict data sovereignty requirements. Our customers rely on us for frontier AI capabilities running on hardware they control, often with constrained GPU resources and limited direct access. Rising to that challenge and meeting those expectations is what Palantir's excels at. We treat models like any other software: continuously tested, continually delivered, packaged for reproducible deployment, and built for long-term maintainability. You will own services end-to-end, and work across the full stack, from inference engines, GPU scheduling to deployment pipelines, observability, and integration with Palantir's platform. The goal is to deliver new models and capabilities quickly and continuously. Join us if you want to solve problems at the intersection of infrastructure and machine learning that directly enable critical customers.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Mission Manager is Palantir’s PaaS for enabling US Government customers and vendors to run software securely and compliantly in the most sensitive environments, but without the overhead — whether connected, disconnected, cloud, or edge. Built on the strength of Palantir’s Apollo platform, it provides the critical infrastructure needed to rapidly onboard and deploy applications into a secure Kubernetes-based ecosystem, freeing our customers to focus on building and powering mission-critical systems. The Mission Manager offering is still in its earliest days, and by joining us now, you’ll define the strategy for how we develop and scale it — witnessing firsthand the impact of your work on critical missions and the new capabilities you unlock. You’ll drive this by building elegant, robust APIs powered by Kubernetes controllers, bridging the gap between a raw Kubernetes cluster and a fully featured, infrastructure-agnostic runtime that can meet the operational demands of hundreds of specialized microservices. You’ll undertake this challenge alongside an energized team with a wide array of backgrounds and skillsets, all united by an ambitious vision for what’s possible.

They see past performative ideologies and perceive beauty in the world that still exists — which technology and art can expose. The current LLM tech landscape positions them to dominate.
