Company Description Novo is a venture-backed fintech that simplifies banking for small businesses. Since our Fall 2018 beta launch, we've expanded offerings from free checking accounts and debit cards to lending products, business tools (invoices, bookkeeping, and more), and integrations. Today, Novo is a powerfully simple banking platform that serves over 250,000 small businesses. In addition to providing smart tools built for entrepreneurs to better run and grow their businesses, Novo has processed billions in transactions in partnership with a number of established banking partners. Our vision is to be the go-to platform serving small businesses – from launch to everyday – so business owners can focus on growing, while Novo provides seamless money movement, money storage, and access to capital. We'd like to look back 5–10 years from now and know that we helped new generations of small businesses succeed because of the work we did at Novo. Novo raised $170 million in venture capital and is backed by leading investors, including Stripes, Valar Ventures, Crosslink Capital, and Notable Capital (formerly GGV). Learn more at https://www.novo.co . Role Description Novo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the platform surface area that connects, activates, and deepens value for small businesses in their first 90 days and beyond. The role will also explore how to apply AI to enhance how SMBs interact with Novo. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product leader who combines platform and tooling depth with a growth mindset: someone who can own complex product workflows end-to-end, run rigorous experimentation, and is comfortable getting their hands dirty in LLMs. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of product
We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You bring deep hands-on experience from prior roles and use that depth to advise, design repeatable patterns, and drive customer outcomes end to end. You operate autonomously, own the technical success of your customers, and bring their experience back to shape how Coder builds and delivers. This is not an execution-only role. You are equally comfortable doing deep technical work with a customer and stepping back to design the repeatable pattern behind it. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by customer outcomes, and capable of influencing organizational change alongside the technical work. This position is required to sit in the Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture, environment design, and adoption of Coder across both human and AI development workflows Own onboarding engagements end to end, ensuring customers move from contract to productive adoption with speed and confidence Lead Get Well engagements where architecture decisions, rollout patterns, or organizational dynamics are limiting customer health or growth Help customers implement the technical and organizational changes required to adopt agentic development practices at scale Design and document repeatable delivery patterns across onboarding, architecture, and adoption that can scale across customer segments Design and recommend reference architectures tailored to each customer's cloud environment, security posture, and organizational constraints Translate customer environment complexity into clear guidance on networking, ingress, identity, and infrastructure patterns Anticipate technical and operational risks, escalate to the right

About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. The stack is Java, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, DynamoDB, S3, and Snowflake, running on AWS and GCP. Responsibilities Set the direction and roadmap for data import and export, with clear priorities and tradeoffs you can explain to engineers, PMs, and customers Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers — hiring, career development, feedback, and performance Partner with your tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, without becoming the bottleneck for every decision Own reliability, SLOs, and cost efficiency for pipelines customers depend on daily Expand the set of destinations and sources we support, and make each new integration cheaper to build than the last Work directly with Product, Design, and other Data Platform teams to ship e
Senior Product Engineer At Amplitude, we’re building the operating system for digital products. While we’re known as the leader in product analytics, our Statsig team is redefining how companies learn, iterate, and ship better experiences. Statsig is one of the fastest-growing and most strategic bets at Amplitude. It sits at the intersection of product, data, and decision-making, and we’re looking for a Product Engineer to help take it to the next level. Why this role matters This isn’t a “take tickets and ship code” role. You’ll operate as an owner, shaping both the product and the technical direction of a system used by some of the most sophisticated product teams in the world. You’ll work across the stack, React frontend, Node.js and Python backend, to build intuitive, high-performance experiences that make experimentation accessible, powerful, and trustworthy. What you’ll do Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production and beyond Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders Build and evolve systems across React, Node.js, and Python that scale with customer growth Leverage modern AI tooling to dramatically accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration cycles Raise the bar for engineering quality - code, architecture, and user experience Lead by example - through hands-on development, technical mentorship, and thoughtful decision-making Move fast on ambiguous problems, turning ideas into shipped, customer-facing value What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in software engineering Education: B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field Proven experience operating at a senior-level scope. You’ve led large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact Strong full-stack expertise (React + backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python) A deep sense of ownership - you don’t wait for direction; you create it Exceptional product taste - you care deeply about UX, details, and building thin

What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes
