Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. The Account Security (AccSec) pod sits within the Accounts team (part of the broader Safety organization) and is at the heart of building a safe and civil platform for users of all ages. Account Security is especially challenging at Roblox because it is open to all ages. As the EM of AccSec pod (7+ ICs) you will work closely with peers throughout Roblox and the creator community to reduce the impact of account takeover (i.e. compromise) for Roblox players, creators, and the broader community. This is a role that requires entrepreneurship. We are looking for the EM of the AccSec pod to, in collaboration with product partners, to formulate a strategy for how to reduce ATO, reduce the impact of any remaining ATO and build community trust in the security of their accounts. Examples of past and current efforts include: Cryptographically binding user secrets to hardware backed secrets. Detecting client side tampering by Browser extensions. Integration with Passkeys. Post-login modeling for ATO detection. Reducing incentives for bad actors by making assets more recoverable. While this is a security team that focuses heavily on product and infrastructure changes to improve security, we also c

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Orchestration pod within Engine Productivity, you'll design and run the platform that executes large-scale end-to-end and integration tests, running the real, shipping client on real hardware, across Roblox's data centers, cloud, and our own device labs, so our engineering teams can ship the engine, clients, Studio, and more with speed and confidence. Every Roblox engine, client, and Studio change, along with the experiences built on top of them, should ship with confidence, and the Orchestration team is the layer that makes that possible. We build large-scale distributed services that turn thousands of test suites into a reliable, push-button pipeline: fanning work out across fleets of machines and real devices, moving artifacts to where they're needed, managing single- and multi-client test state, and giving test owners and maintainers a system to validate their own runs. It looks a lot like building a specialized cloud platform, with capacity-aware scheduling, isolation and sandboxing, and smart retry and backoff, plus the classic distributed systems problems (fairness, efficiency, failure handling, and reliability) at Roblox scale. As a Network Engineer II on the Office Technology team, you will implement and support office network solutions across Datadog’s global offices. You will own well-scoped deployment and upgrade work, troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi, and partner with senior engineers on larger designs and cross-office initiatives. You will collaborate closely with vendors, Facilities, AV, IT Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams to keep Datadog offices connected, reliable, and observable. This is an IC2 role with a mix of project work and day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of clearly defined areas of the office network stack, execute production changes with care, and grow your ability to design, automate, and improve office network services with support from senior engineers. You will also use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve troubleshooting, documentation, automation, knowledge discovery, and operational follow-through. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. What You’ll Do: Deploy and configure network solutions for new and existing offices, including switches, wireless access points, routers, and firewalls Own scoped portions of office rollouts and upgrade projects, from planning through execution and validation Partner with ISPs, cabling providers, hardware vendors, and internal teams to turn up new services and resolve issues Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues using structured debugging methods, packet capture, logs, and performance data Manage routing, VLAN, firewall, and wireless configurations following team standards and change-management processes Contribute to repeatable deployment patterns through templates, documentation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code Monitor office netwo
The Behavior AI team builds the AI-based anomaly detection behind Datadog's security products. Our models learn what normal looks like across the billions of logs, events, and telemetry records flowing through the platform every second, and they flag the behavior that does not fit, on every record, in real time, at a cost that makes sense at our scale. What we build does not ship to a single feature. The same models power detection across many of Datadog's security products at once, so the work has impact well beyond any one team. Large general-purpose models are too slow and too expensive to run in that path, so we take the opposite approach: small, custom models, designed for high-throughput stream processing and optimized to run cheaply on every record. We are hiring a Senior Applied Scientist to build these models from start to finish. You will contribute to designing the architecture, training at scale, and the optimization work that takes a model from training to running efficiently on production traffic. This optimization requires a deep understanding of the constraints imposed by both the software and the hardware, together with the applied mathematics to work within them: often it comes down to finding a mathematical reformulation that fits those constraints better, and that judgment can decide whether a model reaches production at all. The work involves a number of open questions. How do you obtain most of the quality of a large model from one that is far smaller and cheap enough to run on the full stream? Where is it worth trading exactness for speed, and how do you reason about the error you accept? How do you make a small model's outputs clear enough that the detection engineers and analysts who rely on it can trust what it reports? If these are the problems you want to work on, we would like to hear from you. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture: the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it bring

Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. Discord's Enterprise Technology org is building a software engineering discipline from the ground up, and this is one of its first engineering hires. The Enterprise Platform team is brand new. You will not be inheriting a mature system or a long backlog: you will own core domains of the platform that turns the internal systems enabling Discordians into self-service software. Discord's mission is to cultivate belonging, and doing that at scale requires internal systems that move as fast as the product itself. The mission of this role is to turn our enterprise infrastructure into self-service software. Your job is to replace manual consoles and tickets with a platform of reusable primitives, building blocks like "provision a device" or "push an IAM policy or app integration through code," exposed through clean APIs and self-service portals. As a code-forward Senior engineer, you will design abstractions that hide the messy reality of Okta, Jamf, and Terraform (our identity, device management, and infrastructure-as-code tools) behind interfaces people actually want to use, operating with a platform-as-a-product mindset. What You'll Do Manage the device fleet as code: Move device configuration off consoles and into versioned, API-driven infrastructure for endpoint management and hardware provisioning. Automate the identity layer: Manage identity systems and their connections to downstream apps as code, from SSO and SCIM integrations to account workflows, so changes ship through version control and CI/CD instead of an admin console.
