About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. In support of that mission, the Ads Solutions team partners closely with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners to help businesses unlock value through AI-powered advertising solutions while maintaining strong standards for user trust, platform integrity, and responsible innovation. As OpenAI’s advertising business scales, the Head of ScaledAds Sales will build the strategy and operating system for serving businesses at global scale. This leader will connect direct, reseller, and outsourced channels; turn market priorities into execution; and shape a repeatable growth model that protects advertiser outcomes and user trust. This role reports directly to the VP of Global Ads Solutions and will be a key member of their leadership team. About the Role We are seeking a Head of Scaled Ads Sales to define and scale OpenAI’s approach to serving advertisers at scale. You will set the scaled sales strategy across direct, reseller, and business-process-outsourcing (BPO) channels; identify priority markets; and translate that strategy into sequenced, measurable in-market execution. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role responsible for scaled sales revenue growth and channel performance. You will design the reseller model, select priority vendors and markets, lead RFPs and contracting, and manage partners against clear commercial and customer-quality standards. You will also work closely with outsourced vendors in the BPO channel and test a focused mid-market sales team as a potential growth engine. The ideal candidate combines scaled go-to-market strategy, channel leadership, vendor-management discipline, experimentation, and operational rigor. You are equally comfortable building a business case, running an RFP, coaching internal and partner teams, reviewing funnel economics, and changing course quickly when market evidence challenges the plan
Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: As the Head of Early Career Recruiting, you'll own and scale our early career strategy across Notion. We've built real momentum on the engineering side — now we're ready to grow that into something bigger, expanding our early talent footprint meaningfully across the business. You'll partner with leaders across the company, university communities, and the broader talent marketplace to attract emerging talent who excel in craft and share our values. You set a high bar, you know the early career market well — university recruiting, internship conversion, emerging pipelines — and you're genuinely AI-first in how you work, always looking for ways to make the team faster and better. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Define and own the global early career recruiting strategy — spanning internship programs, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipeli

About The Role: We're looking for a Head of Enterprise Segment, Japan to lead Notion's Enterprise GTM motion in Japan as we evolve how we sell, build, and deliver outcomes for our largest customers. This is a senior second-line leadership role, leading leaders and teams across the Enterprise segment, with accountability for new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, and the quality of execution that produces durable customer outcomes. This person will play an integral role in scaling Notion's evolving GTM motion in Japan. You'll help define what great looks like for the Enterprise segment: how teams identify the right accounts, create urgency with executives, diagnose workflows, run compelling first and second meetings, deliver live builds and value narratives, and hand customers off into adoption with clarity. This is not a traditional pipeline-management role. The best leaders in this motion are coaches first: they can inspect the quality of a customer conversation, watch a live build or deal review, and tell a manager or IC exactly what to change. As part of the Japan GTM leadership team, you'll be instrumental in helping define o

About the Role We’re looking for a Head of Total Rewards to make compensation and benefits a true talent-density lever at Notion. This role will be part of the People Leadership Team and will report to our Chief People Officer. This is not a “run the standard comp playbook” role. You’ll reimagine our total rewards philosophy for a new era: one where Notion is scaling fast, operating in a highly competitive market, and building AI into how work gets done. You’ll bring the vision and craft to transform how we design, communicate, and operationalize total rewards - so our programs are clear, fair, competitive, and set the foundation for a pay-for-performance culture that motivates our people to go above and beyond. You’ll lead a team across compensation, equity, and benefits, and you’ll be a key partner to the C-Suite, Finance, Recruiting, and our Compensation Committee.
