Job Overview The Head of Workplace and Employee Experience is responsible for creating an engaging, effective and inspiring workplace experience for our employees in Vilnius. The role combines workplace strategy, employee experience, culture and cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders and key corporate functions to ensure our people and workplace environment support the company's goals. Own and manage the workplace budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency. Lead complex workplace projects, managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and challenges. Oversee relationships with landlords, suppliers, service providers, and other external partners. Ensure workplace operations comply with relevant health & safety, building, waste management, and other regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and employee experience, taking a proactive and forward-looking approach.
