Job Title: HR Analytics Location: Noida About the Role Paytm is looking for a data-driven HR Analytics Analyst to support People Analytics initiatives by transforming HR data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VBA, Power BI, Python, SQL, HR analytics, and dashboarding, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve HR processes and decision-making.
