We're looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us, from recruitment and onboarding through to internal moves, employee support and offboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who's looking to broaden their HR knowledge, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle and become a trusted part of a busy and supportive HR team. What you'll be doing No two days are quite the same, but you'll be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including: &#x1f539; Supporting recruitment activity by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and preparing offer documentation. &#x1f539; Delivering a great onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring everything is in place for day one and beyond. &#x1f539; Supporting internal promotions, transfers and other employee changes. &#x1f539; Managing employee leaver processes and ensuring records are maintained accurately. &#x1f539; Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers. &#x1f539; Supporting payroll and benefits administration, particularly during busy periods and team absences. <p
