Manager - Myntra Planning & COE (Center of Excellence) - Program Management Job Description: Maintain an end-to-end view of planning processes and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements. Drive insights from a large set of category/supply chain data and apply them actively. Program manage key projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end project delivery. Identify opportunities to create predictive/prescriptive models for higher efficiency in the planning process. Identify productization opportunities in collaboration with product teams, to bring transformational changes to planning processes, improving SCM speed and sustainability. Drive critical problem-solving for existing and new initiatives. Desired Skills & Experience: Proven experience of ~6-8 years in program management, with a focus on supply chain. Rational decision-making, negotiating, and influencing skills. An analytical work style. The ability to work effectively in a team or independently. Accountability, initiative, integrity, and maturity are prerequisites. Ability to handle large ambiguous datasets from disparate systems and tools and spreadsheets used by several distributed teams. Strong business and financial acumen to convert numerical analysis into a compelling business narrative, and the ability to develop and strengthen business/data models with deep understanding and innovative ideas. Proficiency in working with Spreadsheets and R/Python for daily analysis. Must be innovative, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling highly visible/controversial projects. Ability to operate like a corporate entrepreneur with minimal supervision, guiding team members and stakeholders towards achieving results. Customer-first approach to problem-solving and the ability to quantify risk to customer metrics for any decision or approach. Experience 1-2 years Python Programming : Strong foundational skills in Python. Automation : Ability to automate tasks with Python scripts. Web Development : Basic knowledge of Flask or Django for building web applications. Database Management : Understanding of SQL and experience with databases like MySQL or SQLite. Version Control : Familiarity with Git for code management. Data Analysis : Experience with libraries like Pandas and NumPy. Testing : Basic knowledge of writing unit tests. Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and solve coding issues. Basic DevOps : Introduction to CI/CD tools and processes. Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills.

JD : Full Stack with React ,HTML ,CSS 4+ working experience in ReactJs, Html 5, CSS, Responsive design on UI , and Springboot, REST APIs in backend. Experience with Java web application development, Microservices architecture and distributed cloud systems. Experience with REST APIs using Spring boot, Spring data, Spring cloud config, Spring AMQP connector or similar framework in microservices development. Hands on with SQL commands stored procedures. Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines and setting up various code quality checks in the pipelines.
