Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments. Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years. We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others. We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City. This is a chance to build real depth in how sponsor bank partnerships and card programs work, in payments and fintech more broadly, while working directly with the Head of Program Management. Job responsibilities: Own how PM operates day to day, meaning the process, tooling, and reporting that let the business actually be run and measured Take on cross-functional projects that touch Risk, Compliance, Bank Operations, Legal, Sales, and Product, and see them through to a result, not just a status update Assist in building and launching new PM initiatives from concept to comp

About the Role REMOTE IN INDIA We're looking for a software engineer to build the Kubernetes-native control plane that provisions and runs our GPU inference fleet. You'll design a manifest-driven API where the inference team declares what they need, whether that's a cluster, a model deployment, or a capacity change, and our controllers handle the reconciliation, provider/runtime selection, and lifecycle management underneath, so the inference team never has to know or care which specific serving stack, scheduler, or hardware pool is doing the work. You'll also build the systems that keep the fleet efficient, not just running, including defragmentation and rebalancing logic that consolidates scattered workloads back into contiguous capacity, and scheduling/bin-packing improvements that push GPU utilization up without hurting latency. The core value we're after is decoupling the people building on top of the platform from the operational and runtime complexity underneath, while squeezing more usable capacity out of the same hardware. You'll build the controllers, reconciliation loops, and self-service surface (API/CLI, not tickets) that make that decoupling real, plus the event-driven health, remediation, and utilization systems that keep it running and efficient without a human in the loop. Strong candidates have hands-on experience with Kubernetes controller/CRD patterns, have built or operated a platform API that abstracts multiple backends behind one interface, understand GPU scheduling and capacity efficiency (fragmentation, bin-packing, right-sizing), and think about GPU infrastructure as software to be engineered. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine

You’ll build the systems that let any knowledge worker leverage fast, scalable databases without having to become a DBA. You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, helping set the architectural direction and roadmap as we take a new product from early alpha to general availability. You’ll work directly with early customers to shape foundational technical and product decisions. Then, together, we’ll work on scaling as adoption and workloads grow. This is a backend-leaning role with work spanning the stack. You might build the systems that provision and manage a fleet of customer Postgres instances, design how user-defined schemas evolve safely, or make complex queries execute efficiently. You’ll also follow those systems into the product: improving how a table loads, how users understand a slow operation, or how an agent safely works with their data. You’ll

Senior Software Engineer - Analytics Compute Platform Team About the Role & Team Every chart, insight, and experiment result a customer sees in Amplitude passes through the compute layer that this team owns. Our team sits between Amplitude's front-end analytics products/ rest APIs/ MCPs and Nova, our proprietary analytics database, and owns the compute API that translates a user's question into a fast, correct answer. Our mandate: enable a highly performant, reliable, and flexible way to compute insights. Those three goals are often in tension the more flexible we make the system, the harder it is to keep it fast and simple, and a lot of the interesting engineering work on this team lives in that tradeoff. Day to day, you'll work closely with engineers on data management, marketing analytics, Session Replay, Experiment, CDP, Query, and various product teams, since they're all consumers of what we build. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will Design and build core parts of the query/compute engine that powers analysis across Amplitude's product suite Evolve the compute API and semantic layer that other engineering teams build features on top of, so that it can support a more generic table Help unify and evolve our core data model, including how non-event data (profile properties, lookup tables, etc.) is represented alongside event data Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of query planning and execution on the Amplitude query engine Partner with teams across Session Replay, Experiment, CDP, Query, and frontend to understand their needs and shape the compute layer around them Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from design through rollout You'll be a great addition to the team if you have Strong backend or distributed-systems engineering experience, ideally touching OLAP databases, query engines, or data infrastructure Experience with SQL, query planning/execution, or building APIs that many other engineering teams depend on Comfort reasoning
