The Opportunity This role reports to the Manager, Trucking & Warehouse (based in Ho Chi Minh City) and is a senior, high-autonomy position: you are expected to be the go-to person in Hanoi, capable of resolving day-to-day issues independently, and proactively improving how the team works Daily Operations & Execution Coordinate domestic trucking bookings: trucking only, or trucking attached to ocean and air shipments across Vietnam, including EXW pickups, port runs, and cross-dock moves. Fulfill ad-hoc trucking, CFS, and storage service requests from internal teams and clients. Track shipment and warehouse milestones, ensuring Flexport systems are updated accurately and KPIs are met. Act as the first point of contact for on-site issues in Hanoi, resolving delays, exceptions, and service issues directly with vendors and warehouse operators before escalating.
