About Us What if your work could drive change in a globally established industry, shaping processes that touch every corner of the world? At Forto, we are at the forefront of change, harnessing the power of AI to revolutionise logistics. We want to reinvent digital supply chains to be transparent, frictionless and sustainable. From day one, our mission has been to simplify global trade – creating a seamless and efficient logistics process. Your role & Mission At Forto, we are made to move forward. We are transforming one of the world’s most complex industries by solving what others still treat as unsolvable. As Team Lead Product Manager for Financials, you will lead the product team responsible for the systems that turn commercial commitments, costs, revenue, and margin into reliable financial execution and business control. You will own the Financials product domain - one of Forto’s most critical areas - ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost control, margin protection, and trusted financial visibility. This is not a traditional finance tooling role. It sits at the intersection of logistics and finance, where complex operational challenges, partner costs, customer agreements, and fragmented processes must be transformed into scalable product solutions. You will also lead and coach two Product Managers working on closely connected domains, shaping the team's direction, raising the quality of product thinking, and helping them grow into stronger product leaders. This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, thinks at both system and detail level, influences across functions, and turns ambiguity into clear product direction. What you will do Lead the PM team responsible for Forto’s financial execution flow: Financials, procured services, committed capacity, cost structures, and margin control. Own the Financials product strategy across revenue, cost, invoicing, VAT, FX, reporting, financial controls, profit visibility, and customer-facing financial flows. T

About the Role Amplitude's Cloud Platform team builds the systems that every Amplitude engineer relies on every day to ship code — and we're rebuilding them for the AI era. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll own medium-to-high-complexity platform projects end-to-end and help shape a platform where AI agents are first-class users alongside humans: kicking off deploys, opening pull requests against infrastructure, and triaging incidents, so a single engineer can get the throughput of a team. You'll partner with Staff engineers and product teams to make Kubernetes effortless across the engineering org, building self-service automation and scalable AWS infrastructure that lets product teams ship faster, safer, and with less cognitive load. If you're excited about building the systems that other engineers will rely on every day, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact platform projects — design and ship capabilities that move the needle on developer experience, reliability, or security, and set the bar for quality, testing, and safe deployment practices. Build the AI-augmented platform. Design tooling and workflows that help engineers get more out of AI-assisted development — think infra primitives that are easy to reason about, automated review, and policy-as-code that keeps the guardrails strong as AI shifts how code gets written. Own Infrastructure-as-Code for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and emerging tooling — and make it consumable enough that an LLM can safely PR against it. Evolve our CI/CD backbone (Argo CD / Workflows / Rollouts, GitHub Actions) to make deploys faster, safer, and easier to reason about. Instrument and operate. Drive observability with Datadog and Amplitude, own dashboards and SLOs, and use the data to push reliability forward. Participate in on-call, lead incident response when needed, and turn postmortems into durable platform improvements. Reduce toil and tech debt with pragmatic remediation
About the Role & Team This is Amplitude's first People Team hire in India, and we're being deliberate about who we bring in first. People Operations is at an inflection point. A lot of what takes hours today—HR tickets, Workday updates, onboarding tasks—will be handled by AI-assisted workflows in the near future. We're building toward that now, and this role is part of that foundation. You'll join the global People Operations team as a dedicated shared services resource, handling the operational work that keeps our EMEA and AMER specialists focused on higher-complexity, in-market problems—and supporting People Business Partners globally when they need an extra set of hands. In the near term, the work is largely transactional: resolving HR helpdesk tickets, processing Workday data requests, coordinating onboarding logistics. That's not a knock on the role—it's the job, and doing it with speed, accuracy, and care matters enormously. Over time, as we invest in AI tooling and automation, that transactional load will shift. When it does, this role shifts with it: taking on process improvement projects, helping document and refine how the team operates, and growing into a contributor who shapes practices rather than just follows them. We'll support that progression. Because this is a remote role with no local People Ops team around you, we need someone who is genuinely self-directed. You'll be given clear priorities and good systems to work in, but you'll own your own day. If you thrive in structured work but feel motivated by the promise of doing more over time, this is a good fit. As a People Operations Analyst, you will: Own shared services and HR helpdesk Resolve Tier 1–2 employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system (Console AI) on behalf of EMEA and AMER regional teams: policy questions, employment verifications, leave requests, and benefits inquiries Triage issues that need specialist input—Benefits, Payroll, Legal, or regional People Ops—with clear contex

About the Role & Team Every AI insight, every experiment, every cohort at Amplitude starts with a query. Our in-house OLAP engine, Nova , processes trillions of events in real time — turning raw behavioral data into fast, trustworthy answers that power decisions for thousands of product teams worldwide. We’re entering a world where AI agents don’t just assist product teams — they ship features, run experiments, and make prioritization calls autonomously. What makes that possible is agents’ ability to verify their work against real product data continuously. That makes Nova the critical infrastructure in the loop, and as non-stop agents become the main source of queries, the demand on Nova’s throughput, correctness, and operational rigor grows dramatically. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who wants to go deep on both the engine internals and the infrastructure underneath it. You’ll work across the full stack of a modern OLAP system — query planning and execution, columnar storage and encoding, distributed compute, caching, and cloud infrastructure — while driving meaningful improvements to performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability at scale. You’ll influence technical direction through your work, your design reviews, and your mentorship of other engineers on a team of ~10. This role is ideal for someone who finds real satisfaction in making a complex distributed system faster, cheaper, and more reliable — and who wants to do that work on a system that directly powers the product experience for thousands of customers. What You’ll Do Build and evolve core query engine infrastructure Work across Nova's query execution engine and distributed compute layer: query planning, columnar storage formats, encoding and compression, caching, and cluster-level resource management. Design and implement new capabilities as Nova expands to support more warehouse-imported data types, such as metrics, profiles, and dimensions. Design for high-throughput automated quer
Amplitude's Cloud Platform team builds the systems that every Amplitude engineer relies on every day to ship code — and we're rebuilding them for the AI era. As a Staff Platform Engineer, you'll set technical direction for the platform across teams, lead our highest-complexity and highest-leverage initiatives, and shape a platform where AI agents are first-class users alongside humans: kicking off deploys, opening pull requests against infrastructure, and triaging incidents, so a single engineer can get the throughput of a team. You'll operate across team boundaries — partnering with product engineering, fellow Staff+ engineers, and engineering leadership to make Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure effortless across the entire engineering org. You'll build the self-service automation, shared standards, and scalable AWS and GCP infrastructure that let dozens of product teams ship faster, safer, and with less cognitive load — and you'll multiply the engineers around you while you do it. Key Responsibilities Set technical direction — shape platform and domain-level technical strategy that improves developer experience, reliability, security, and cost, and lead the high-complexity, cross-cutting initiatives that deliver it with measurable impact for the organization. Drive clarity through ambiguity. Take on the most loosely-defined problems, validate the critical assumptions early, and create alignment with stakeholders across teams so others can move quickly and confidently — driving cross-team decisions to a timely close and escalating when needed. About The Role & Team Amplitude is the leading AI analytics platform, and our ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes quickly is a key part of how we keep that lead. The Customer FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) team sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success — owning the technical delivery that takes validated products from co-development and implements them across enterprise customers. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement through post-deployment validation. You'll work directly in Amplitude's product codebase, submitting PRs, shipping customer-specific solutions, and building reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. This is not a traditional support or solutions role. Customer FDEs are engineers first who partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs into working software. The right person thrives in ambiguity, learns new domains quickly, and cares as much about the customer's outcome as about technical elegance. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will: Own enterprise implementations end-to-end — engage during sales to map customer needs to capabilities, scope implementation plans, and deliver through post-deployment validation with measurable customer outcomes Work directly in the product codebase — submit PRs, test, and ship customer-specific solutions without requiring constant oversight; over time, the gap between "what we built" and "what the customer needs" keeps shrinking because you're the one closing it Ship early, ship often, and gather feedback — treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to validate your approach and course-correct quickly Build reusable patterns and playbooks — when you solve something once, make sure the next person doesn't have to solve it again; identify and document implementation patterns that

Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership
What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most sales leaders inherit a playbook. You'll write one. As a founding first sales manager, you'll partner with the founders, own the number end-to-end from first conversation to expansion, and use AI and our own product to build a team of full-stack sellers that outsells teams 5x their size. What works for our team becomes what works for every sales team running on Mutiny. The calls you make on hiring, motion, and product feedback will shape the company well beyond the sales org. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Revenue. Sales-led revenue, end-to-end. Pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, and expansion. The number is yours. PLG to enterprise. Define qualification, build the enterprise pipeline, and turn self-serve signups at companies like Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto into seven-figure deals. Outbound. Generate net new meetings with the hottest AI companies and enterprises in the market. Build the motion, run it yourself first, then teach it. The team. Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives into top performers. The ceiling on revenue is the ceiling on the team you build. The playbook. Write the sales motion that becomes the default for every team running on Mutiny. What works here ships to thousands
