About the Role: We’re seeking a Creative Designer to own and drive the visual communication strategy for in-app ad campaigns, marketing collaterals, and innovation projects across the Paytm Ads ecosystem. As the Creative Design Lead, you'll manage end-to-end design responsibilities from stakeholder communication and creative strategy to hands-on design execution and team management. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-impact, performance-oriented creatives. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Execution Lead the design development for in-app ad creatives, banners, videos, and marketing campaigns.
